Stage set for Rahul to be India's PM: UK media
by Prabhakar Waghodekar on May 18, 2009 12:53 PM

Hindusthan was a federation of various kings and every 200 years the king used to change in different provinces. It is said History repeats. If we consider the journey of 62 years of freedom, we are heading more or less towards repeating the history. Do not consider the momentary 5 yearly gains/losses, look where we, the country as a whole, would be after another 62 years. I fear we will be nowhere!

just because RAhul gandhi has a surname gandhi why is he not suitable especailly when he is doing all the hard work. It looks like publicity through media fine but how many of our politician actually goes to a village and stay there even during the election time. Rahul has been travelling the countryside even during election off season to know and understand what is India. He could have sat in Delhi chanting gandhi name but he didn't Probably that's why people of this country voted for congress. ITs easy to blame pseudoscular and english media and all how voted to congress but tell me one thing except hatred and personality assassination what else BJP had for the commoner in this election.. Till you guys living in comfort of home because your parent were well off so do you doesn't accept the truth and instead of gandhi and dynasti bashing look out for real fact probably congress will remain as the only option for most of the india

There is not even one charismatic leader in congress today. Funny thing every Congress person keeps chanting soniaji, Rahulji including MMS...

There is nothing in Rahul Gandhi that deserves praise for patriotism. Do not know if Indira Gandhi owned a dog...I don't think so, for if she did then that dog or dog's son or daughter will also be recommended for the post of PM by the Indian voters!!! May be it can be called as "Slumdog Millionaire"!

And our country will be the first to vote an animal as PM and that also will be flashed Proudly by the sickular channels as the dog belongs to the Gandhi clan!...seriously!

Did you heard rahul gandhi's press conference available on you tube too. How many time you see a politician appreciating the good work done by the opposition. That;s show the maturity and honesty of RAhul GAndhi. If BJP was so found of debates why didn't its leader gave press conference and why they didn't raise any useful issue. I wonder the hatred you show to GAndhi is same/similar to the one you show to Abhishek bachan/or other star kids or to your family doctor's doctor son. You can get easy entry using your family tree but to be the choosen one or counted you need to prove and Rahul Gandhi proved it and will continue doing so till guys like you try to look for better opportunity and future for yourself by yourself

Do you still need "charishma" to run your country ? [ Pray for Lord Vishnu to reincarnate ] or do we need people who are committed to their tasks ?

1. Varun Gandhi's speech played a key role for BJP's defeat. 2. In BJP'S election manifesto , they promise to build Ayodya temple. They are trying to mix politics with religion. This also back fired.
3. People have already learned from the past that mixing, relegion politics = communal violence.
4. So they voted for a secular Govt.

5. BJP 's nexy plan will be to divide and rule policy. Create a communal violence like they did in Gujarat. So that they get all Hindus votes for the next election.
