flynn..... you are commenting all irrelevant... you belong to Communal chadiwala group.. you people are now frusted...on loosing
It is all over for BJP...the party must be disbanded and the members whoever is interested for the development of India must join congress and work towards a secular minded and progressive nation rather than play communal politics.the people have shown which way they want India to go.

Trendsetter, BJP's style of agenda for nation will not appeal to illeterates or even to a certain extent the educated people too. BJP is for quality. There is a difference between Mohd.Rafi,Hemant kumar to that of Himesh Reshmaiyaa. BJP belongs to classical model. You need to have a commonsense to understand it.In Tamil Nadu Kamal's movie will not be appreciated by the audience because most of the audience cannot understand. Whereas jokers like Vijay or other new comers appeals to mass audience not because of their acting skills but because of dancing in ITEM SONGS,DRINKING LIQUOR throught the movie. For such kind of people where there is no prefeence of quality BJP's style of politics may not appeal. And people of India do not deserve BJP.

By saying.. this.... you mean people of India are fool !!!!! I think you are biggest fool..... Atleast now you people shut your mouth
BJP lost because Advani does not know how to smile. Congress won because MMS, Sonia, Rahul and Priyanka know how to smile. People always like smiling faces.

Well said. Advani comes out as a grumbly whining senile, always finding fault with others and using disrepectful langauge. He got what he deserved. He should and will retire to a Old Age home.
Not succeeding in recent elections is not a defeat of the idea BJP.we who have supported BJP need not become desperate.BJP s an idea, an ideology, which can not be deated by an electrol set back. Agreed, post election we may point to certain flaws in electioneering, which would be looked into.but, we need not get desperate and concentrate our energy in giving better governace in states ruled by BJP.
Dear B Raman, Please stick to the basics. You are good at defence related topic. I admire you for this. But dont undermine your image by writing political articles. Leave it to BJP think tank to ponder upon. Unless you have got a vested interest to contest an election in 2014, I suggest you to avoid writting such articles. As far as Hindutva is concerned,BJP VHP have tarnished its image as much as Taliban has done to Islam. No amount to retrospection will rectify unless they correct themselves...
BJP has been playing vote bank politics on Hindutva card. Pleae remember the voter of today is far intelligent and matured in choosing the right candidate. Its high time BJP abandons the religious plank of Hindutva and make development plan as its main Aim. We have witnessed lot of ugliness on the plank of religion which has damaged the seculear fabric of India. BJP must have a concrete and constructive plan and emerge with development as its mantra. Then BJP can expect some good results in 2014.

* There is NO H1ndu1sm **till** 85% of all registered marriages in India are inter-caste. * Till then the truth is there are only Castes and NO H1ndus in India.
* Religious Bigots. * Those who fear Pakistan. * Racists in Upper Caste Communities and * Innocent and Ignorant sections of BC/SC/ST and Minority Communities.
Re: Who voted for BJP in Elections?
by Ramesh Murthy on May 19, 2009 06:04 AM
you are just regurgitating your own prejudices! You are no well-wisher of this country!
I have been closely following the Indian elections from the UK.
There was a lot of chat about cash/gifts for votes prior to the elections but this seems to have dissipated recently. Can anyone tell me if these solicitations could have had a big impact on the election results?

I checked with my maids and my office staffers. They clearly told me that Congress & NCP has given gifts like TV in rural areas.

IN TAMIL NADU,DMK PAID RS 500 PER VOTE TO ALL RICH OR POOR.THEY DISTRIBUTED TO RICH ON FRIDAYS SO THAT THEY CAN NOT REFUSE AS INCOMING OF MAHALAKSHMI AND REST OF THE POORER ON ANY DAY.SO EVERYONE VOTED FOR THEM.INDIANS ARE ALWAYS GRATEFUL AND FAITHFULL TO ONE ONCE THEY RECEIVE MONEY IN HAND.
Re: A question
by balachandran on May 18, 2009 10:48 AM
mostly very little difference, unless substantial gifts ae given. IT starts with one candidate giving gifts, so others are forced to do the same and it would be foolish to imagine the poor people to reject free gifts

BADAL family distributed around 15 crores for purchasing votes in bhatinda.. nobody expected Raninder Singh to lose in sucha dramatic fashion.. there have been reports of even Rs 5000 for one vote in bhatinda by Akali leaders... this seat was a matter of prestige for the badal family...
