aslong as there is dumb heded a@@ holes in the country, the actual lions will be in the hole and fradulent foxes mistaken to be a ferocious species shall rule the country.

pity the wisdom of this country men.

Happy and contended with their daily bread and fooled by paper projects and yoganas. They cant see the vision of a development oriended leadership.

Only hope gujrat leaves the rest of the country in growth and development. It is a growing pearl which failed to flare in blind eyes which spent time trying to peep under the bottoms of the gandhi parivar

SINGH IS KING
by leslie almeida on May 17, 2009 07:54 AM

Congrajulations to the Cong Govt,Manmohan Singh has a clean image although getting old
he is still softspoken and has the experience
to run our nation, his approach to mumbai 26/11
was a very cautious step which has paid off extreme high divident.
we needed good young blood to enter politics, Rahul gandhi made it happen, he was cool, composed, and whatever he spoke made sense, a dymanic leader, who will one day no doubt be the PM.he will change the course of history in indian politics after 26/11 they did the right thing, to change lax politicians in mumbai,i'm sure they Rahul will weed out the corrupt in Govt departmernts which must be curtailed at any cost. although we welcome the RTI act, it is not impliminted to its fullest
SIC/CIC's are soft peddling on erring PIO
due to Political inteference which i hope the
UPA Govt will please take note of. Rahul can make it happen which will give relief to lakhs of RTI applicants.

All these four hybrids have nothing to do with Mahatma Gandhi. Their Surname is Gandi or Khan! There must be a commission to discover their surname, Vajpayee failed to do it. Next generation will do it.

Can parliament handle this yorker?
by Engineer Bhangi on May 17, 2009 07:10 AM  | Hide replies

BSP did not do well in UP. But its vote share did not decrease. Congress being the manuvadi party conspired against dalits. Mayawati represents 28% dalits of India and should be the next PM. Now we will bowl our next googly. A bill will be proposed in parliament demanding reservation for Dalits in private sector. Once this bill is tabled let us see how MMS will oppose it? We will soon teach all manuvadis from congress,BJP and SP a lesson.

Wait for few months. We will create a storm soon. 20% reservation in private sector for Dalits will be our demand. We will lauch nationwide agitation. MMS will try to prevent this reservation in private. It will be fun watching all Manuvadis sweating but not knowing how to play this googly.

Why you people depend on politicians to solve your issue??
Understand the fact that any politician will like to grab advantage for him in elections and will lure the voters in the end after they get benifited.
All politicians are useless in solving public issues.
Do you think that any politician will help you

Why MMS was smilling
by Bhartesh on May 17, 2009 07:02 AM  | Hide replies

In a country where IB was projecting election winners, CBI was working in favor of incumbents, and PM was smiling earlier than the results, only a fool can think that the elections were not rigged. This is the death of Bhartiya democracy and now only GOD can save Bharat. This was such a staged drama of which the result was previously known. God knows how many countries and gangs were working to make this happen. When a party can hijack media, judicial system, intelligence, what on earth stops it to buy the results. Democracy loving people this is your defeat.

When Indian will realize that what kind of frog-well they are living they will stop muddling each other. Bharat was not ruled by British and Muslims just because of that. Yes with rigging and misusing all the national power, anybody can donkey/criminal can rule for 100 years.

Congratulations Sonia

Firstly congratulations to Sonia. Whatever your affiliations are you can not take away this victory from her. At one time she was stabbed in the back by some of her allies yet she stood alone and forged ahead and got Congress this massive victory. As regards dynastic politics others too in various political parties are doing this. Give her the due-Yes you deserve this victory

BJP ideology keeps Scheduled Castes away and they don't vote for BJP. Muslims, Christians, Scheduled Castes don't vote for BJP and take it from me BJP can never form government in vibrant, democratic & educated India.

Lal Popat
BJP
by Lal Popat on May 17, 2009 05:40 AM

should have not given a ticket to Varun Gandhi. That is the major reason Congress did well in UP. Also they didnt condemn the atrocities against Xtians in Orissa.

Had Modi been remove soon after riots in Gujarat BJP would have won in 2004 too.

The problem is that polarization only gives you so much votes and hardline Hindus will vote for BJP anyway. So if BJP mellows down its anti minority stance then moderate Hindus and minorities will also vote for them. Moreover it can also garner support from other regional parties/Left who tend to be usually secular.

The total percentage of votes polled in favor of Cong is not much higher than that for BJP.
