NUKE DEAL
by keshav kumar on May 17, 2009 11:07 AM  | Hide replies

Just wait for a while till U.S gets control in AF-PAK. The noose then will be around India's neck to sign the NPT. By the clauses in the deal our Nukes and further production controls already firmly stand in the hands of U.S. as can be seen that P. Mukherji now does not speak a word about 26/11 attack in Mumbai.
Vast majority of our MPs and near total population understands nothing about harms that are now on way by this nuke deal.
Voting in elections was motivated by waiver of loans to farmers, Minimum employment guarantee scheme and by the strength of local canditates who also know nothing what harm is on way in n-deal.

What the use ?
by Priyanka Lobo on May 17, 2009 10:59 AM  | Hide replies

Whats the use ?

There are some states where BJP has done very well, for e.g. in Karnataka. Even though we witnessed Church attacks and women attacks sponsored by Yeddi government we were expecting a clean wash out like that of in Orissa. In the case of Orissa, people are more mature in voting for a party and they have voted for peace in the state. But Karnataka people are fanatics and hence there is no way that BJP can be defeated. But what the use ? Even if BJP won all the 28 seats there is absolutely no use for the state as the central government is headed by Congress. In national politics communal politics has no place. Since Karnataka people didnt vote for secular values and went with the BJP, it is expected that Karnataka is going to suffer for its wrong verdict. They should have voted for that party which comes to power at center (or a part of ruling government at center) to get maximum benefits. Karnataka people since voted for BJP will prove to be a useless thinking on behalf of electorate and they have to suffer for it.
