half a decade of mourning
by subramanyasastry hoskote on May 16, 2009 01:35 PM  | Hide replies

I am disappointed that patriotic indians (who did not vote the Conparty) and ignorant indians (who voted for the conparty led by the foreign origin person) have to mourn for HALF decade because of today's results.

I am happy for democracy. Of course, there will be plenty of BJP supporters on this forum who will be disappointed, but I am happy for democracy more than being happy for any party

All non minorities will henceforth have to be on gaurd. Criminal and fake secularists are about to form a govt which will be insensitive and detrimental to the progress and prosperity of non minorities.

People's verdict to Communal Party - BJP
by Water on May 16, 2009 01:31 PM  | Hide replies

This is a clear message to BJP and its leaders that most Indians are secular and they are not interested in BJP's hinduvata card or false promises of Ram mandir, they just want the development of this country and like to leave in peace. This is a good message to BJP and their master in Saffron brigade that India is one country and people are one no one can devide them in the name of religion for the sake of votes.

Karnataka used to be strong hold of karnataka. Since 4 years back only BJO started dominating. This is because Congress did nothing for Karnataka in when they were in power. What is use of electing the party which does not anything for the state.

Not everywhere in Karnataka have voted for BJP. There is no BJP in Hassan, Mandya and rural areas of Mysore districts. But even a dog will win if contested on a BJP candidate in Bangalore city where people consider it as you are uneducated if you vote for Congress or JD(S). In coastal Karnataka there is no caste politics but there is a communal politics. Mumbai Karnataka is the game changer for BJP as lingayats there have been voting for BJP ever since 1996. JD(S) has deep roots in Old Mysore region while Hyderabd Karnataka has been voting for which ever party in power.

A bad day for India as we are going to have again a person who is not elected by peope as PM Mr.Manmohan Singh is not Lok Sabha member and we already have a puppet president BOTH are under supremo Sonia who is not Indian.
We should now think why we don't go and Vote as Congress is having only about 25% Vote and is going to form Government.

by Kid on May 16, 2009 01:15 PM  | Hide replies

I believe in fair game. If Congress has won we accept that.

Now I only wish that they bring in good guys into the government as Ministers. e.g Shashi Tharoor, Sachin Pilot, etc etc and keep bad ones out viz Arjun Singh, Laloo yadav.

Their problem will be largely solved if bad guys like Laloo, Paswan etc loses.
