There was a news in Samana of 17 May 2009 that votes given to any candidteds in booth no. 265 in the Nanded Parliamentary Constituency were trafered to Congress. This speaks a lot for the mischief caused by EVMs even in other parts of the country.

Rahul Gandhi already made it evident some time ago that the EC works for the ruling government. So there's no point complaining to EC - they are going to deny all charges. EC is part of Congress.
Modi's help is required by Congress/NCP during Maharashtra assembly polls in October, 09. Congress should invite Modi to Maharashtra to recapture the state smoothly. He was made incharge of Maharashtra by the BJP. So he campaigned extensively in Maharashtra during the Loksabha polls. & Congress/NCP got very good results (nobody was expecting them to do so well).
