Stability and control - The Rahul Factor
by Deleep devasia on May 16, 2009 05:41 PM

We need a stable govt, to uphold our constitution and values.
Right now, it is congress with Gandhi family, and not any one else. Gandhi family always commanded respect and control from the followers of that party, keeping them as a flock at national level. No other national parties have succeeded to emerge into a single leadership. Once they think they have achieved something, then serious infights begin for money, power and authority resulting in fights, splits and ultimately. the same happens when a visionary leader passes away without grooming an equally commanding successor. The same happened with congress also atleast for a while, after the demise of Rajiv.

Now a stable and visionary leader ship appears to emerge in congress, and such leaderships alone can take india forward and intact to some extend.

Clan/Family rule is not advised in an ideal situation, but it holds good atleast for transient india, where comon people are not that rational and still continue to carry relics of blind loyalty, human worship and lack of integrity at a large scale (eg. bribery even at grassroot level, favourism etc.....)
So right now, its gandhi family and good for India! We need to uphold our constitution that gives unity in diversity!

indian voters are fool ! when 5 year Atal Bihari vajapi gave government , He didn't re elected .But people voted weak PM like Manmohan singh who has no control on his cabinet and he himself controlled by foreign ruler like Sonia. Congress some how managed fool this country people in this election with help of Televison channel ! Especially NDTV and CNN-IBN.No doubt Dr.singh is good person and Economic expert but not suit for PM which need political will and decision making capacity.

Where is the choice?
Manmohan Vs Advani?
Atleast Dr.singh is good person and Economic expert. I dont want an extrimist to rule. We need a moderate Hindu leader like Vajbai to counter Sonia and missionaries

Rahul deserve to be the Prime Minister
by sushanta mishra on May 16, 2009 03:20 PM  | Hide replies

Rahul Gandhi with his charismatic persona had relentlessly campaigned for Congress in over 105 constituencies. He used to meet to people at grass root level and people irrespective of party line had recognised his leadership skill. He did wonder in UP which was a lost ground for Congress. This is the right time for congress to sworn him as Prime Minister.
