BJP IS CONSTANTLY COVERING UP THE DEVILS...
by Lawrence Sebastian on May 16, 2009 11:12 PM  | Hide replies

Advani and BJP always IS the symbol of disgrace for India. People knew it and today is the proof. Major THUGS like pramod 'mutaal'ik, modi, varun Gandhi are just few rogues enough for people to understand the extent of rot and disgrace that bjp was holding esteem !!!!. BJP was so fat headed that they strongly backed the rogue parties in alliance with BJP... VHP, Bajrang Dal and the menacing 'mutaal'ik of mangalore who gave birth to "TALIBANISM" and who proved beyond words and actions that they are thugs, rowdies and goons running for the PM position. IF BJP HAD TO COME TO POWER, PUT YOUR HEAD ON THE BLOCK TO BE CHOPPED FOR WE HAVE WELCOMED TALIBANISM IN INDIA. IT HAS ALREADY INFECTED MANGALORE. NOW, IT IS PAYING ITS PRICE.

Indian is a sham Democracy
by Vivek Heg on May 16, 2009 08:44 PM  | Hide replies

Indians are fighting against development by choosing to elect same congress of 50 years for next 5 years. There is no reason why opposition should fight a battle that Indians are not willing give a chance for change. Appoint congress as ruling for party until Ghandi family makes India another Afghanistan.

One hopes that the polling process involving the use of Electronic Voting Machines, and the system of tallying the votes from the EVMs was fair, and free from any interference.

Utter Bullshit

Why BJP has lost has not single but the following multiple reasons..and what Chandan Mitra is saying is just opposite.

1) Projecting Advani as PM was a blunder as people don't connect with him. He always looks superficial selfish poltiician with only one agenda of becoming PM.

2) BJP weakness as a strong opposition party who could never attack UPA government on terrorism, multiple attacks on India, price rise and many issues.

3) At the time of election BJP was fighting. None of them except few like Arun Jaitley and Modi look serious, seasoned and clean politicians. They just look hunger of power.

5)Rajnath Singh. He is the worst person who is guiding BJP to grave. He should be fired as he has no head to startegies. How one can forget his recent fight with Jaitley over ticket to a broker taintwalah.

6) Modi should be made president as well as next PM candidate as whatever it be...people all aroudn India love him for his gutts, straightforwardness and development. Its high time for BJP to make Modi incharge.

7) Modi should take these five years to clean his image as secular person. If its done...none can stop BJP from getting thumping majority.

8) Concetrate on Hindi heartland. Learn from Congress...You have Bihar, you just need UP. Congress is revived as it is now revived back in UP. Parties who could clearly sweep in UP, Bihar, MP and Maharasta can form any government with majority. In Bihar u won 100% due to Nitish Kumar, not on ur own!

I agree!

Modi has very clean image... He wouldn't loose peoples faith. But BJP came very soft as cat on terrorism issue which is why it lost. Congress ran away with nobody and nothing to blame them ...

In addition to that congress didn't care about fiscal deficit it was very generous with farmers nevermind the fiscal pressure it has caused on the economy and NREGA scheme which I rather appreciate for the fertile mind who had firstly thot of this, its a gr8 idea that has worked. Rajnath singh I agree is good for nothing politician. He is good only in UP and he seems a rather straitjacketed person without much idea. In addition the neglect for BJP in Tamilnadu and AP is cause of concern. Congress has an advantage here because of being an oldest party and the hijacked name of mahatma (gandhi) doing wonders for them.

Add to this their mindless opposition to the Nuke Deal and new Indo-US friendship. It was blunder to oppose it and support antinational communists on this issue.
They just looked like bunch of power hungry opportunists...its just the story of Delhi which is being repeated everywhere. They had commanded Delhi sometimes back...but now they don't win even a single seat! They promoted goondas there, regionalism and illegal activities like tax theft all across delhi, while Shiela Dixit continously addressed the real problems of Delhi walas. See the dramatic fall in road congestion and pollution level in Delhi. Its a model example.

BJP has to build the party in states like Andhra(Telangana) , Tamilnadu, Bengal, Kerala.

An example is BJP has to take some risks for gaining the support in week states by contesting some prominent leader like susma swaraj(This was worked in Ballari i guess) to Seconderabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar where Party cadre is strong which will increase changes in Telangana..Even Advani ji can contest from Sec’bad which will boost the cadre moral, and I am sure BJP might win 10-20 MLA seats if this was planned in this election.

Every congressman feels that modi should be projected as a bjp leader in some or the other way in each election. it just makes it easy to win elections. Congress is ever-ready to give away gujarat votes and take votes from the rest of india.

A prime accused in the Kandhamal communal riots, Manoj Kumar Pradhan, was among the two saffron candidates declared winner in two of the three Assembly segments in communally sensitive Kandhamal district.
This the only way a criminal party can win.
We need more people like Modi and Varun, only then will BJP win.

Modi will lead BJP to victory in 2014
by Anand SP on May 16, 2009 06:33 PM  | Hide replies

There is no wrong in projecting Modi as next in command for BJP. In fact this was a very good thing for BJP and as well for our country. It is good that the message is sent to everyone in BJP that Modi is the next leader which the party will depend upon post Advani retirement from the political arena.

Now let us all hope that Modi would do the magic in 2014 and bring BJP to power at the centre, which his mentor and great leader L K Advani failed to do so now.

The average vote is supposed to be 50%, meaning other 50% voters did not cast vote! That is the so called victory of Manmohan Singh! Another funny thing is that the national papers like Times and others trumpted for voting, but yielded poor results of 50% percent, which should be representing the illiterate and ignorants by the majority! The main issue is that the main opposition party did not have a strong and convincing subject to discuss and deliberate to change the swing of voting.

Modi's hlp required by Congress/NCP again
by Zameer Deshmukh on May 16, 2009 06:21 PM  | Hide replies

Modi's help is required by Congress/NCP during Maharashtra assembly polls in October, 09. Congress should invite Modi to Maharashtra to recapture the state smoothly. He was made incharge of Maharashtra by the BJP. So he campaigned extensively in Maharashtra during the Loksabha polls. & Congress/NCP got very good results (nobody was expecting them to do so well).

dont forget the spoilsport by raj thakre. BJP SS combined has lost overall 4 seats where Raj Thakre factor worked to undercut the combine... Modi surely hasn't done bad... media has made modi a monster which minorities have unfortunately bought ... but rest of india hasn't
