It is Pity that Sanjay Nirupam won, but it was solely because Politics in Mumbai North has no strong Candidate. Ram Naik is a Corrupt Politician with a Clean Image with equally same Chamcha called Gopal Shetty. In 2004 LS election he blamed then BJP MLA Hemendra Mehta for his defeat. Sanjay Nirupam has no credential but it is result of Gopi & Ram falling in their own digged trench.

From Day one political pundits and social analysts in Marathi media have been shouting on their rooftops that Raj Thakrey is a creation of Sharad Pawar and he has been deliberately propped up and protected by the NCP Congress leadership in Maharastra that he can in return just split the Sena BJP vote.
Well the results show that Sharad Pawars game plan has worked magnificently. All 6 seats in Mumbai, Thane Nashik and Bhivandi had MNS candidates eating Shiv Sena BJP votes and addition of Sena BJP Votes to MNS votes would have made Sena BJP candidates win in atleast 12 constituencies.
This has ensured NCP Congress victory on simple vote division strategy.
Atleast now understand who is Raj Thakrey, he is a sponsored and protected scrounge of Sharad Pawar,who was only created to split the Sena BJP vote and help the Congress NCP.
Results has finally validated this claim on the reality of Raj Thakrey.

In any case there is no difference left between BJPSHIVSENA in Maharashtra and Cong, so if MNS eats votes, be it.

BJP doesnt have it in them to go alone. luk at their pathetic performance. If they even are thinkg abt this then they are risking. agreed MNS did gud bt it was purely coz people wanted something different. In fact Sena can contemplate of going solo based upon their performance. they are down by 1 seat in the state (2004-12, 2009-11)
This is the begining of the story. Aage aage dekho hotaa hain kyaa. In Vidhan Sabha election, MNS will be a very strong contender and will surely win the seats and in future will be replacing Shiv Sena as ShivSena is lacking vision under Udhav Thakre.
