With most ministers around 75-80 years in the cabinet, it is time to bring in young faces like Rahul, Milind Deora, Priyanka Gandhi, Sachin Pilot to bring down the average age. Rahul can be tried out as Parliamentary Affairs Minister to function as a role model for the other parliamentarians who try to act unruly most of the time. Priyanka can take over HRD or Women's welfare where young blood and fresh thinking is required. The present time is the best to make all the changes. It is nice to see that Chidambaram has finally won his seat from Sivaganga.

Manmohan Singh will be above 81 years by the next elections in 2014. The truth about Rajul Gandhi is he will be getting a cabinet berth and is expected to be the PM candidate for 2014 elections. Rajiv Gandhi was groomed the same way by Indira Gandhi. The best thing for this country is exit for LEFT/Communists who was working like extremists inside the country. Exit polls are wrong again as Lalu, Paswan, Mayavati, Jayalalitha, Amar Singh, Karat, ChandraSekhar Rao are nowhere in picture as kingmakers. We should thank Trivandrum public for choosing non local Sashi Tharoor for MP.I feel he will get some post like Foreign affairs etc. It is peoples power all the way. I hope Congress issues national idenntity cards, secures our borders and keeps the pressure on Pakistan as earlier.

Yes, I agree. A couple of well known educational institutions could not get deemed university status because they could not pay the bribes seemingly asked for by him, even though UGC etc. had all cleared their proposal. Good riddance.

Looks good except that Sheila Dixit is good for Infrastructure development, Maran will do equally well as Railways Minister(in case Lalu is not coming back), Sachin Pilot can be better used as Communications Minister than Agriculture. We are forgetting Milin Deora, another promising MP.

he may be given MOS for external affairs...he can't straightaway be given such a prized portfolio in which Pranab has done wonders.
I really cannot accept the idea of P Chidambaram becoming a finance Minister again after his controversial low margin victory in Sivaganga. It will be wise to induct a new face need not be a politician

No amount of communalism or caste politics wud divide Indian minds now..its the second time in runnig that We have seen we cant be backward with a temple and appeasing lwer castes..We need overall development and that is wht is being seen..Trust me..Its Education and empowerment of all sections of society that sees that Congress leading and the hope of India progressing in YOung dynamic leaders rather than temple specific phallic leaders who just know how to divide people..shame on MOdi..shame on ailing Advani..shame on regressive Lalloo ..shame on SPseudo Jayalalitha"a" who expected leaders calling her phone incessently..by today for her support heheh..shame on ridiculous fourth front and shame on Deve GOwda for thinking like Jayalalithaa..I Must fart loud as an offering for these leaders to sniff and inhale for their follies! Hei.You should have FARTED first infront of Prakash Karat.Leave Lallo .At lease he did perform very well as a railway minister.
Look at the kind of quality people Congress has now. Manmohan, Kapil Sibil,Chidamabaram, Shashi Tharoor, Jairam Ramesh, and a host of young faces who have energy, motivation and most important GOOD EDUCATION.
What have BJP got??? its still Mandir and Masjid and Ram sethu that occupies their time. Their leadership have have gone beyond their good days and the youngsters like Varun Gandhi are a menace to the domestic peace.
NO WONDER BJP LOST.
and the biggest curse to the society, the LEFT FRONT have been burried six feet under, for good. NOW WE SHALL HAVE A GOVERNMENT.
We would also have a new foriegn minister who has an internationally presentable personality and knows the world affairs.
Rahul Gandhi should join the cabinet and A.K Anthony should remain in the Defence ministry to ensure its sanctity.

Congress proposed and we have sent Mr.Sasi Taroor.Now it is for the PM to decide whether to hand over the job of external affairs to him or not.Whoever becomes ministers let the country progress.To hell with the left and their anti American feelings.
