BJP leaders immatured from top to bottom
by SP Mohanty on May 16, 2009 04:31 PM  | Hide replies

Dear Sir,
The news regarding resignation of L.K.ADVANI dispointed us that we are going to loss a good leader from the indian politics scinario, the defeat of BJP is for their leaders,I can give u a instance in coalition with BJD,regarding the seat sharing BJD opinion is befit, but our immatured orissa bjp leaders will not agreed with NJD,they blamed openely to Pattnaik and the BJD even the central leaders also blamed openly to pattanaik and BJD....the leaders may be Rajnath Singh,L.K.Advani,Susama Swaraj, but we never heard the cheater word from BJD ,I am strong supporter, but it gave me so much sorrow,we never expect this type of behaviour from the central leadership,I am a strong supporter of BJP and LKA.

rGDS,
sARADA mOHANTY

Advani's exit
by rajagopalan nadimuthu on May 16, 2009 04:31 PM  | Hide replies

It is my humble assessment that had they projected Mr Modi as PM many includig mnorty communiy people would have voted for him in large numbers. This is the feed back ,I got from many of minority community people. One should feel happy that the nation is polarised between two powerful parties. All regional out fits being run as family empire will soon go.Commies are washed oput .It is matter for al to rejoice. The cong is planning to instal Rahul soon as PM aftr keepng Singh for some timein office .Then the dom will start for cong soon.Again if cong wants to suvve it should introduce internal democracy in it.Ups and downs are common for all parties. One need not coclude that it is gone just like commies.Commies did nothing for India excep being american baiters.RN

you can refer to the speeches of MODI and all other BJP leaders and it would be easy for all of you (supporters of BJP) that they were just trying to criticise the ruling party UPA - they were doing well in areas including foreign policy, IT sector, N-Clear programme with USA and they have made good governance in last term, they deserve the win and the verdict in their favor. WHAT MODI DID IN GUJRAN IS WELL KNOWN TO ALL INCLUDING HIS OWN PARTY - MODI PLAYED A POSTER BOY - THE NATION WITH 1.2 Billion people dont neet a poster boy but a strong leader like RAHUL GANDHI who did a remarkable job to get a thumping majority in this election.
I WISH RAHUL GOOD LUCK FOR HIS COMING ASSIGNMENT AS CABINET MINISTER - HE SHOULD BE MADE A FOREIGN MINISTER IN THE COMING LOK SABHA/CABINET

THUMPING VICTORY
by Indian on May 16, 2009 04:27 PM  | Hide replies

India has made it verdict and it is clear. For people who say that UPA is party of minority voters. Then it is clear that only minority vote cannot provide such a thumping victory. This victory constitutes of much larger Hindu votes than just minority votes who beleive in true progress, peace and harmony of the country. PROUD to be an INDIAN.

For people who say Middle class have not voted are completely wrong because where middle class vote matter in places like Mumbai and Delhi CONGRESS HAS SWEEPED

Monarchy rules again!
by RAVI SINGH on May 16, 2009 04:27 PM  | Hide replies

Like it or not but the victory of Congress again indicates that we are still in love with Monarchy & Dynasty of Gandhi-Nehru Family. It difficult for any other party or person without congress(Gandhi) backing to get the top post for long. Britishers left us in the hands of Gandhi Parivar. Its really irritating to know that we have been ruled by congress for 50 years and now another 5 years.Gandhiji wanted to dissolve Congress after independence because he could foresee this.

Again, you are forgetting that MMS is not from Gandhi Family. There was no stopping Sonia last time from becoming PM but she did, not BJP. Again this time, they have thumping majority but still Sonia or Rahul wont be PM. What you are telling is, MMS is weak and a puppet. But majority of Indians did not believe what you say.

Why is it not possible to be a PM without the Gandhi family support? I would have been extremely happy if the Gandhi Nehru family would not have been involved behind his success.Congress minus Gandhi-nehru family would be reduced to even lower votes. Thats the problem!

where are the leaders in INDIA this country originally formed by DRAVADIANS and they know only how to cut the jungle and live like backward class. the people who came from other countries they given a shape to india and made a rich country in every area including culture and seculirsm etc. You can easily say that the partition of INDIA and PAKISTAN has no affect to this country where some power hungry people like mohammed ali jinnah AND jawahar lal nehru made grave mistake by opening a subject of muslim interest - Jinnah was a traiter who was master minded by BRITON as a policy of DIVIDE AND RULE and they succeeded.
There is a need of uniting people of all communities and making a great nation that has the cababilities.

WEAK PM???
by Indian on May 16, 2009 04:26 PM  | Hide replies

Congress itself has got more then 200 seats with UPA 260 against NDA in all is in 150s. Seems the entire India apart from the BJP supporters (whose majority have just reamined now to internet blogs) have voted for UPA.

Now for the people who sais with LKA that MMS is the weakest PM actually finds that their LKA is too weak to lead them at all

Re:After Advani who?
by John Bosco on May 16, 2009 04:23 PM

Though Advani is seemingly a decent person,he does not seem shrewd enough to handle elections. He shd retire.
BJP needs to reinvent itself as a Centre Right party appealing to all sections particularly Dalits and OBC's.It has to focus on this.It should also be at least neutral to Muslims,Christians and avoid being seen as anti.A younger person who gives this image is a must. The Joshis and others should take sanyas.Otherwise BJP has no space.Regional parties will take away Dalits and OBC's.Cong will focus on Muslims and middle of the road Hindus. Thus unless BJP converts its Hindutva into a pro Dalit,OBC's version and makes itself presentable to Muslims and Christians it is doomed,Advani or no Advani.
