In Kandhamal district, for instance, the Christian population has increased from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001, despite a law enacted by the Orissa Legislature in 1967 to prevent conversion by allurement, coercion, bribery and cheating.

I agree with you on the topic. But you cannot blame the people who r converting. They are very poor and for the sake of survival and their children's they do it because these missionaries provide them food. Is there anyone who can stop them by adopting the poorpeople.

If any such death had happened in the family of a BJP person, the Media would have gone agog with the news. (2)Teestha Setalwad was exposed of creating most of the Gujarat Riot Stories and in fact taken the Supreme court almost for a ride.Imagine a similar offence by the opposite side.There would have been discussions,hen fights,opinion polls and SMS surveys.
The MEDIA OF THIS DECADE WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR AGES TO COME. IT IS A BLOT ON JOURNALISM.

On Wednesday night, in NDTV's exit poll discussions, Chandan Mitra was asked about why Modi was projected as PM when Advani was alreadyy the PM candidate and it was humiliating Advani. When Chandan Mitra pointed out that it was the media which started asking questions of Modi being PM in waiting, and also clarified that if after five or ten years Modi sets a good example he can suceed Advani.
Now comes Ms. Bark Butt's silliest comment I have ever heard. She asks Chandan Mitra "When you have been accusing congress of dynasty politics how can u talk about succession?" She conveniently forgot that in the first place this question was asked by her, secondly that the word succeeding has a different meaning than dynasty politics - modi succeedig advani is not dynasty politics, - and the moment Chandan Mitra started clarifying, she says "ok chandan it is time for us to take a break"

First and foremost he needs alteast 35 assembly seats and 4 M.P seats to start any negotiations. his saala is already prized each seat for the party .They bagged 2000 crores before elections and now if it everything goes right they would get another 500 crores.not a bad performance for a newcomer!

Telengana has 119 seats - Chiru party will be in single digit < 5. Rayalaseema has about 50 - Again chiranjeevi party will be in single digit < 5.
This leaves 125 seats that this party has any chance of getting a sizeable chunk of vote if not seats.
TDP and Congress will take atleast 100 seats here.
