ANY IDEA WHO HAS GOT GUTS TO STOP CONVERSION
by balaji on May 15, 2009 11:05 PM  | Hide replies

After Kerala TN Orissa missionaries aggressive in AP and Karnataka
Alarming 5 fold increase in Kandhamal Christian population from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001 ,It began with the arrival of Christian missionaries in the area who found the remote region very conducive to conduct prosetylization amongst the poor tribals. The conversions continued unhindered until the arrival of Swami Laxmanananda who put strenuous efforts to stop conversions and help reconversion to Hinduism as well. If not for his effort Kandhamal would have been another Nagaland in the making where the separatist movement has wrecked havoc in the state.
The aggressive Christian proselytization in Orissa today pitched previously peaceful tribals into warring camps of Christians and non-Christian. This has has vitiated the peace that has existed with various communities for millenia.
Why Orissa
Orissa has been specially targeted because of a huge tribal population. This allows the missionaries to work from the scrutiny of the media and carry our their nefarious activities.
In Kandhamal district, for instance, the Christian population has increased from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001, despite a law enacted by the Orissa Legislature in 1967 to prevent conversion by allurement, coercion, bribery and cheating.

Waiting with bated breath!

The aam admi is waiting with bated breath for the results. The EC is waiting with the sealed voting machines. The political parties (especially the bigger ones)are waiting with sealed suit cases for the results. If you do not know the suit case contains, ask Amar Singh the fixer!

Its time BJP owns a TV channel else they will be buried silently
by Balaraman on May 15, 2009 02:26 PM  | Hide replies

REAL FACE OF biased INDIAN MEDIA.
Every media is owned by overseas Christian organisations. It was difficult to believe but the Election coverage by TV Media is prooving the point.
BUT NOW IT IS PROVED BEYOND DOUBT.
(1)No TV Media aired the News on the suicide of Senior Vadhera. If any such death had
happened in the family of a BJP person, the Media would have gone agog with the
news.
(2)Teestha Setalwad was exposed of creating most of the Gujarat Riot Stories and in
fact taken the Supreme court almost for a ride.Imagine a similar offence by the
opposite side. There would have been discussions, hen fights, opinion polls and
SMS surveys.

The MEDIA OF THIS DECADE WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR AGES TO COME. IT IS A BLOT ON JOURNALISM.

Is there any Indian who will lodge a criminal case on Testha Setalwad for her crimes against the communal harmony of this country?

by chan chat on May 15, 2009 02:12 PM

these two parties hardly differ on their economic policies ....and the call of the time is that they join hands . Instead of bending knees to several small cheats collaborate with the biggest. Let it be a professional tie up .The nations deserves a stable govt ..and only Bjp Cong can provide this ... Whatever differerence are are their can certainly be eradicated .

DEMOCRACY ON SALE....
by NK SHAIKH on May 15, 2009 01:48 PM  | Hide replies

WELL WE R JUST MERE SPECTATORS OF THIS WHOLE TAMASHA OF SAVING DEMOCRACY WHERE OPENLY SMALL REGIONAL PARTIES[WITH NO ETHICS]ARE BARGAINING WITH NATIONAL PARTIES,ITS A SHAMEFUL ACT HOW EVEN BEFORE RESULTS R OUT ALL THE PARTY'S HAVE OPENED THEIR SHOPS TO SELL THEIR MP'S AND THEIR DISCOUNTED SUPPORT ,THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE FARCE AND DISRESPECT TO THE PEOPLES OF THIS COUNTRY,IF NATIONAL PARTIES ARE IN MINORITY THAT MEANS PEOPLES HAVE REJECTED THEM ON NATIONAL LEVEL,THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU BRING 20 ROTTEN MANGOES IN 1 BASKET AND SHOWCASE THEM IN THE MARKET[ PARLIAMENT] CLAIMING THEY COME FROM 1 SAME TREE OF SO CALL SECULARISM,HOW CAN PEOPLE LIKE DEWE GODA AND AJIT SINGH BE TRUSTED? THEY HAVE ALWAYS BETRAYED WHICH EVER POLITICAL PARTIES THEY EXTENDED THEIR SUPPORT? INDIAN POLITICIANS SHOULD LEARN A LESSON FROM MAYAWATI AND NARENDRA MODI WHO GOT THUMS UP WITH MAJORITY,THAT IS DEMOCRACY WHERE YOU HAVE THE LIBERTY TO IMPLIMENT AND PRACTISE YOUR GOVT INTO RIGHT DIRECTION..SONIA AND MANMOHAN ARE BIGGEST CULPRITS..

Why should I watch mating of snakes when I can enjoy the similarity with our political parties spitting venom on each other before the votes are cast and hug each other for support after the votes are sealed and the verdic is awaited. What a shame on Congress to call itself secular and democratic party and beg before smaller parties to retain their power. T.R.R.Gopalan
