I Engineer writes the Code & does R&D work than probably there wont be anybody to buy the s/w!!

You at least get to do some coding here, in TCS, Wipro & Infosys you will be left with only documentation...

are you mad, jehadi? My advise is treat work as a separate from yourself. If a minial work is done just for the amount of time your employer pays you then you are doing more justice THAN say by quiting. Until unless - you realize and RnD and copypaster are both just a job - until then you can never be happy. And until then job based biasness will remain in our country. I know Indian govt has made us so frustrated that we are now short thinkers. But we need to at least try.

TCS, WIPRO & Infosys are worst than the company you are working for. Do you think others who are doing the same thing that you are doing dont have calibre. There are tons of people who completed MS, Mtech, Btech IIT doing the same thing as you do. just cut and paste the code and even sometimes do nothing. they want to have head count to make money. So dont overestimate yourself and underestimate others. This is reality
