UPA has changed the emblem of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan from Lotus and shining Sun to Cross and Crescent. And this has been done in the name of “broader reflection of national ethos.” Board of Governors of KVS in its 79th meeting held on 26.6.2008 approved the new logo and a circular was sent to all offices and schools of the Sangathan on July 17, 2008, to change the emblem in all the publications and communications. Though the chairman of KVS, HRD Minister Arjun Singh did not attend the meeting, the minutes of the meeting stated that the emblem has been approved by the chairman. His deputy Shri Md Ali Ashraf Fatmi, Minister of State, HRD & Deputy Chairman, was also not present at the meeting. circular issued by the Asst. Commissioner (Acad I), KVS, said “in order to give a broader reflection of national ethos and ought (sic) to be inclusive of challenges, opportunities, rationalistic, scientific and global thinking, advances in science & technology & social changes taking place in the society” (sic) the new emblem has been created.The picture shows a book with blank pages, and apparently two human forms emerging from globe. The crescent (an Islamic symbol) and two crosses and stars (Christian) are obvious. UPA govt released coins of Rs 2 denomination with cross on them. There is move to change our national motto ‘Satyameva Jayate’

Just two days before elections were announced, they rammed thru a deal for 10,000 crores with an Israeli for the supply of missiles, which are inferior to what India has developed. The deal OFFICIALLY carries a 6% charge for business expenses-that's equal to 600 crores. Well, I leave it to your imagination to figure out how many 100s of crores are being funnelled unofficially from this one deal alone. The indigenous missile program is being deliberately sabotaged, despite, press reports claim the Indian Army's preference for the Indian missiles. Clean governance, from an Italian carpetbagger, and a Prime Minister who went to bed with Mulayam Singh and Amar Singh (no relation of mine, just a handle I have adopted, LOL!) and lured BJP turncoat MPS with money to vote for the Trust Vote. If a man of purported integrity, incorruptible, man of vision, educated, cultured, dignified and all that rubbish, can stoop so shamelessly to garner funds for elections, then you can be sure he and his Italian Mistress have stashed away thousands of crores to purchase MPs. The price we as citizens will pay is plum ministries being handed out to the likes of Pawar (Aviation-Praful Patel), DMK (Telecom-Raja) and others. Good governance, good lord!

The parties have capacity to keep media, EC etc. under their fovour. With this scinario, what is the gurantee that the EVM's and results can not be tampered? There is sufficient time between elections and counting.
Indian voting public is more intelligent than the idiots who keep barking in these forums....................
As can be seen from various polls, its a vote for clean governance of MMS..........all those who cooperated with him on that namely YSR, Shivraj Chauhan, Narendra Modi, Nitish Kumar, Shiela Dixit, Hooda, Ashok Chavan etc are also benefitting......this means that be it any party, public wants clean governance for India in the end..............................
Stupid issues like Ram temple, so-called Dalit resurgence etc have been put into the dustbin and only those who do good governance in the end will benefit......................

It’s a known fact that mu$l!m brothers would not vote for BJP. I am from Hyderabad and have several mu$l!m friends and so am not against them. They hate BJP becoz of -Babri-demolition. Fair enough. But I would like to ask few things to mu$l!m brothers.
1/ Don’t you realize that Congress have been using you as vote-bank right from 1947? At least Sachar Committee report suggests so.
2/ What was Rajiv’s political compulsion to open Babri-Masjid and perform Silannyas for Ram-Mandir? And so, which way BJP is wrong in taking political advantage out of it as political adversary?
3/ Baabrii demolition in 1 sq km left mu$l!ms hurt. With same logic, why H!ndus should not feel hurt when thousands of sq kms were cut off from india to form a new country? And to add salt to injury a substantial amount was paid to them for set up.
