This district has seen massive conversion to xtianity. Instead of stopping that, protecting the religion of poor people, political parties for xtian vote allowed that to happen.
Slowly, Hnidu groups grew in these areas and now its a massive volatile area.
whoever wins, groups like hnidu munnai has staying power on the ground.

Ghosh, you have stated the ground reality. I admire you, you being an outsider, have got the pulse of the matter.
The BJP is likely to poll ~1.5 lac voltes, whereas DMDK ~1 lac votes. CPM and DMK shall poll more than 2 lacs. The winner is going to cross 2.5 lac voted.

christians more populated then hindus! shows where our country is headed. the day we kick these missionaries out of our country and be proud of our heritage instead of converting for a few rs (or should i say paise) is the day our country will prosper.cant see it happening though!

Yes, I agree that Pon Radhakrishnan is a very balanced personality, interested in welfare of all people of KK dist, irrespective of their religion.
