Did you know that on the day of the Mumbai train blasts, the Government gave Rs 150 crores for earthquake relief in Pakistan ? Last year our Govt. has given Rs 3000 crores (600 Million Dollars) to Afghanistan? This, when victims of terror in India have not yet got aid? What's going on? B) Is this Government really secular ?
1) When Madrasas are being shut down in Pakistan, the Indian Government is giving them CBSE status !! It is depriving Muslim children in getting secular education. A Madrasa educated person can get a job in any government office without going through the secular education system. Can India afford to have fundamentalists in government departments? Why cannot the government shut down Madrassas and let Muslim children study with the rest?

while releasing terrorists Cong-I also participated in the all party meeting.Cong-I organised dharna in front of the PMs house to save 200 lives.It was a collective decision of the government as well as opposition parties even HM Chidambaram also supported it recently.

Good statistics.It shows an average of around 9 riots per decade. But why are you silent about 1991 when there were riots all over the country due to the rathyatra ?

Check the list again. He mentioned all pre-91 riots. I think this also nullifies the myth that riots started only after 1991.

This exactly is what I am saying. The list between 1991 to 1994 is three times this list of 4 decades and more horrendous.There is no myth that riots started after 1991. Riots were there even in the 19th century....but the numbers went up radically after 1989 thanx to some communal politics played by BJP to counter the caste politics of VP Singh.

Gujarat and Kandhamal, thanks to pseudos like Teesta and the missionary(whatever his name is), painted more horrendous than other riots in the country- for some politicians' selfish means. Why is the media silent about the exposure ot Teesta's lies? Read TOI, now it's proven that the Kandhamal victims have also been magnified by missionaries.
