If the left and the regional parties insists and do not extend support too UPA. UPA will be forced to support a third front govt from outside so as to keep the NDA out.
This time UPA will also not withdraw support as was the case some years back, as the congress has learnt the moment they withdraw support they also lose credibility and like the last time, it will pave the way for a clear NDA majority in the ensuing elections.
If karat can keep his folk together and bargain hard ,UPA will support the third front, Karat should not support the UPA as manmohan is a chameloen and once in power he will use moneybags to buy out parties just like the way he did it during the no confidence motion.
the less said about the the nominated PM ( opportunist mamohan ) the better one day he says working with left was like bonded labor. and when he wants to hold on to power he says ,i enjoyed working with left.
one day he says UPA is not one issue govt if nuclear deal is not done world will not come to end and Now to show off his bravdo during elections he says i would have resigned if nuclear deal is not done.
Earlier manmohan says regional parties are hurting indias growth now when manmohan needs the regional parties support he starts adulating them.
Congress culture of Rahul Gandhi/ manmohan praising Naidu , Nitish one day and if thier objectives are not met castigating them within 24 hours if for all to see.
From the day of becoming a chief minister of Bihar, media projected Lalu Yadav as joker for mere publicity and earning and ignore what Bihar was, ignore the intelligence of Lalu Yadav, the social changes in Bihar he brought,and the development in 5 years after forming govt.I agree that during Rabri devi regime, development was minimum, but that was due to formation of Jharkhand and lack of momey. Nitish kumar also doing nothing but he is media friendly and no one seeing the situation of Patna before , during and after the Lalu govt. There is no development in 4 years of Nitish Govt.

Joker in the eyes of many but educated enough who pretends to be a joker. He did something good to his community by giving them voice , which had no voice in front of Gunda elements coming from Bhumihaars , Thakurs and Brahamins. He is worshipeed for reason and could rule for more than a decade. He has good managerial skill shown both at home and at cabinet as RM. He only could make loss making IR into profit making IR !!! He could show his opponents that he could rule them even without being on chair. He showed them that he is tit for Tat. Yes, he failed to bring the Bihar on the map of India in a better way by not able to do any good towards development, generating employement inspite of sitting on all the natural resources, including water , coal, alumina etc. The reason may be many: what I feel is that Bihar is infected with caste politics of Brahmins and Bhumihaars and then thakurs . If somebody really wants to do, they will always pull their legs !

Mr.Ajit Balakrishnan, I am a prolific writer and also have a good knowledge of politics, politicians, bureaucrats, security, business, economics. Can I write a column for you? If people like Sanjeer can write, then why not anyone else? Suggest you to pay to some news syndication services and give us the news rather than using people like Sanjeer who are so biased, looks like almost bought by RJD. What is he talking about when he says RJD has brought "a fundamental change in Bihar's society and politics" and also he says Lalu has been instrumental in Bihar's development during his rule and then during the remote control regime of Rabridevi. Come on; internet medium is read by educated peope who are well aware of what has been Lalu's contribution in Bihar. If this was some vernacular Bihari local newspaper distributed only in Saran constituency, maybe those people may believe (not sure if they may believe whatever Sanjeer has written in his article)

you are right. Bihar needs lalu like minister. give him 5 years, he will devoloped bihar more than gujurat. alrady so many IT companies are started coming to patna ( the knowledge capital of asia ) . if we need more growth, lalu ji is onlky choice
