Will congress bring back Black Money to Bharath
by Lopesh S on May 11, 2009 12:01 PM

NO Congress is not interested as it will expose them
But Nationalist party BJP will get it in 100 days
last year when German govt captured the sensitive data containing 1500 names of thugs having black money accounts in LGT Bank of Liechenstein, it offered Indian govt data free of cost for around 300 Indians who were having black money deposited there.

but, the Congress govt refused the data. They even went to the extent to say to Indian ambassador of Germany that do not ask anything from the Germans. WHY ???.

In May 2008, Advani wrote a letter to Manmohan Singh in this regard but the so called 'honest' PM remained quiet & did nothing.

Few days back they calleD aDvani liar & now they submit to the SC that they know the details.

In the last 62 years in the name of secularism & common man, Congress has looted India to the extent of amount double than its GDP out in the foreign banks.

How can Kapil Sibhal Abhishek singhvi claim that the money cannot be brought back without even giving it a try? Only people with vested interests
I don't know why the Indian vote for such corrupt party !!!!!!!!!!!!.

new era in Kongunadu
by lingam on May 11, 2009 11:55 AM  | Hide replies

It is true that Tamil Nadu is being ruled by film personalities. Both Karuna and Jaya are father and mother of corruption to the core. After Congress and Kamaraj rule Mr.Annadurai was Chief Minister for brief period.Had he survived probably Tamil Nadu politics would have been much better. We could not see the best of Annadurai.
MGR was much better than Karunanidhi and Jayalalitha as far as curruption is concerned.
Today Coimbatore and Tiruppur can be on top of the curruption index. Every Act, rule,GO etc are being used to extract bribe from public.Corporation office,Sub Registrar Office,RTO office,Town planning office,Taluk office everywhere bribe and corruption.People should be enlightened not pay bribes and come out in open. All public works like roads, water works, pwd contracts are stinking with corruption. We need total revolution like JP proposed. If Kingunadu Munnertra Peravai attempts in that direction it is good for everybody.
When cigarettes, brandy and whisky are sold liberally what is the problem in toddy tapping and selling. By selling Brandy and whisky only liquor manufacturers,Politicians and govt officials are benefitted but toddy will help rural employment and improve rural economy.
Like Telingana, Kongunadu should be made as a separate state then only the neglected Coimbatore and Nilgiris will improve.

Nice one Lingam! You sound sensible. KMP should work towards development of Kongu region first, prevent corruption and then in 2014, we will put our vote for them. Till then, let them show their worth.

For example, Gounder's have a concept called "Kootam", which constitutes only family group. Very soon, they will fight among themselves and field candidates from each Kootam against each other. I have known them for years and I know what next.

Caste based political party
by ramathal ramathal on May 11, 2009 11:43 AM  | Hide replies

Though Gounder community is affluent and dominate,KNMP will not succeede as a policat party because they will not get single vote from other communities (about 60%) especially from SC. The reason is simple, still in most of the villags in Kongu belt, gounder community behave like 100 years back landlords, they command big respect from other communities, encourage discrimination, untouchability and dirty things.
It is 100% sure they wont get sigle vote from others community.

Very very true! Most of the Gounders are very caste oriented and behave like Maharajahs discriminating SC people. They will never get SC and other caste votes. Even some educated Gounders wont vote for these silly fellows called KMP.

by Guru Dandamis on May 11, 2009 11:36 AM  | Hide replies

KMP is a caste based party. So they can expect only Gounder votes. Why should we vote for Gounders when they want to do good only for their own caste. Times are changing guys. Wake up! PMK's reverse in KMP - both will dig graves for their own buriyal very soon.

Pankaj - let me correct you. Hindi is not the national language of India. It is one of the national languages. All languages are national. Hindi was included as the official language for communication along with English, but this never came up and English still continues to be the official language. In the sixties Hindi was being forced upon non Hindi speaking people which resulted in bloody agitations in TN. Still people in TN have learnt Hindi due to contemporary living in Mumbai and Hindi speaking belt. Unfortunately, even after staying for umpteen years in the IT cities of Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai, Hindi speaking people have not learnt a single word of the local language. These people also are very poor in their English (exceptions are there). This shows the poor IQ of Hindi speaking people. In fact Hindi speaking belt has become a liability for end because the entire belt is without any industrial growth and people have to move out for a living. South has always had a magnanimity of accommodating such clowns. Incidentally my home town is Varanasi and I have been educated in the Hindi medium only. I pity my contemporary fellow Hindi speaking persons. While I speak and write excellent English and Hindi, my fellow citizens dont even write proper Hindi - what to speak of English. This makes the difference. People with poor IQ can only bark at others like street dogs. Parameswaran

Sick to see one more Caste Party coming up in Tamilnadu. Its a shame that Gounders have done this. They have been known to be such a gracious people, respected by all. But now by starting a political party, they have lost the faith of other castes, just like Vanniyar's are isolated and only group among themselves. Coimbatore belt people are no fools. They will give these guys a good answer in this election.

Because it is a reserved constituency for SC candidates. Thats why Mr Prabhu also left his 3 times constituency and came to Coimbatore this time. Again, dont think that Coimbatore people can be fooled so cheaply. No vote for KMP. Also, we know that its Kongu Vellala Gounder Peravai that has renamed itself for political gains. Adeios Amigo!
