Surely this will go down in the history as one big joke. Why can't he simply be hanged ? Where is the need for fair trial when he was caught red-handed with video-tapes? why do we need witnesses? Let's face it our terror laws are so weak and inept that such dreaded terrorist can remain alive and may even be free lest other suspects involved in terror incidents. We cannot fight terror without any strong will. Generations to come will face the brunt of this but then it would be too late to save our civilization.

Its a bleedy JOKE. A person open fire's and then he say he is not guilty and these fools run this in a court (drama) which may go for the next 5 years, then one fine day we will know that Kasab is released on 15th August, he will go to pakisthan and they will make him a hero. PLEASE STOP IT.

Keep going back and you will find that first people who need to be ki1led are the Kashmiri terrorists who killed Hindu Pandits.
Let us take the case of 11/26. There was logistics support to the Pakistani terrorists’ right inside India and Mumbai. There are many Pakistani moles and Dawood’s men in Maharashtra police and intelligence dept. As long as such Pakistani moles are there proper investigation, catching the culprits and their prosecution will not be possible. These moles in India facilitate easy passage in, carry out terrorist activities and easy passage out too! There are Pakistani traitors in police and intelligence depts. There are highly corrupt, who look the other way on terrorist activities. Then they will do full scale drama as Maharashtra police and intelligence are doing! By the by, by these repeated terrorist activities and subsequent dramas, most of them including Italian mafia Congress leaders and UPA leaders look stupid! IB key people, Maharashtra CS, FS, DGP, Mumbai commissioner and some more need to be kicked out for their failures. Here dramas will make these international jokers look worse! Human beings have some shame! But it is becoming difficult to guess which class these people belong!
While repeated terrorist acts were going on, our PM was telling current laws are good! Centre did not approve tough anti-terror laws of Gujarat, Rajasthan and some more. If traitors rule see the result for yourself! Indian judicial system, especially CJ, is partly responsible for the repeated terrorist acts! Conviction in criminal and rape and murder cases: 6 percent. Conviction rates in terrorism cases is hardly 2 percent. The trials can go on for ever. Meanwhile many get bails or freed on most unusual/technical grounds! Let us take the case of 1993 Mumbai blasts. The most glaring example of laws bowing before rich and famous is that of Sanjay Dutt. In 2007, Sanjay Dutt, Memon relations and some were convicted in the lowest court. With more than 45000 cases, how SC CJ’s bench found time to hear and give bails to Sanjay Dutt and Memon relations? Bails were sent by e-mails!!! Was this the most important case? Are there no courts in between? In Sanjay Dutt and Memon relations case, ASG supported the bails! Terrorism convictions in the US, UK and many other nations are as high as 90 percent! 9/11 and London train blasts were the last ones in US and UK. Many European nations also preempt most of the terrorist attacks. How many are being prosecuted in terrorism cases including disgraceful 2006 Mumbai train blasts? 26/11 is an international disgrace and we have become a laughing stock all over the world!
Request everybody in unison to call for immediate justice of hanging Kasab within this month to show to ALL that Justice can be prompt, correct in World's largest democracy. We respect people who sacrificed their lives for the cause of the country. Down with terrorism.
Kasab is innocent. That witness was purchased by BJP and Shivsena. Even CC camera footage was tempered by Shivsena. We should give kasab citizenship of india and allow him to take part in election

If international praise for the fair indian judiciary is that what they needed.then Next time no Cop would risk his life to capture a terroirist alive or perhaps would not even mind him if he goes on a rampage. The onus remains on the judiciary. kasab need to be hanged at the earliest.
