Independence of Judiciary and the two other branches - Executive and Legislative (Parliament & State assemblies) - are what constitutes separation of power in democracy. Judiciary has the right to strike down any law that violates the Constitution to safeguard and protect the interests of the citizens. You are absolutely naive.

Certainly the Special Advisory Board of Allahabad High Court ruled correctly and any aright thinking citizen would agree that slapping of NSA against Varun Gandhi was part of a political strategy of Madam Mayawati to woo Muslim voters. Now going against the ruling only speaks of how vengent the lady is.

Its critical that day after the elections were over in UP, that the truth in favor of Varun came out. Both Sonia and Mayawati played their cunning games. One settled family scores, while the other wooed the minorities.
Can any Sikh (or any Indian) really be proud of MMS ?
MMS has strayed far far away from the glorious Sikh traditions of Valor and Honor. MMS has lowered the prestige of the high office of the Prime Minister of India, by allowing himself to become the obseqious servile handmaiden to an uneducated Italian lady, whose official position in the Government of India is not clear to the citizens of India.
In its greedy cynical evil desire to shore up its Muslim vote banks, the Congress-UPA has compromised the security of the nation.
MMS lost his sleep when Dr. Hanif was arrested in Australia. MMS declared that India's resources belong first & foremost to India's minorities.
The same MMS looks on, unperturbed and apathetically at the genocide of the Tamil civilian populace in Sri Lanka & at the ethnic cleansing of the Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir.
President Kalam revealed that the file pertaining to Afzal Guru was not submitted to his office during his tenure as President. The Congress had deliberately withheld the file from the President's office.(President Kalam had signed the execution order for the convict Dhananjay, who was hanged in Kolkata in 2006 for the one murder that he had committed.)
Even the much vaunted 'Economics-Genius' tag does not seem applicable to MMS. It was the BJP who made us India Shining, and the Congress could not manage to even maintain the positive momentum imparted to the nation by the BJP.

MMS is the most pathetic person to serve as PM of India since Independence. Ofcourse this happens because his loyalty is not towards nation but to 10 Janpath and the Italiano dynasty.
1) Mushliems have first right on resources. 2) Loosing sleep over terrorist being arrested in foreign land. 3)Sell out of national interests on Nuclear deal 4)Repel POTA and allow terrorist free entry in India and carry out killings, which became a fortnightly affair under his misrule. 5)Supported corruption as clearly seen during Cash for Votes, Oil for food and other scams. 6)Biggest financial scams happened when he was at helm as PM or FM in Narsimha Rao tenure. 7)Afzal Guru, Ajmal Kasab are fed biryani and mutton and innocents like Shri Modi and Shri Varun are framed. 8) Abject surrender to Pakistan and begging & crying in front of world to defend India from terror attacks. 9)Poor dying of hunger, Farmers committing suicide. 60,000 crores disappears from the treasury. 10)Questions the existence of Ram, Prints cross on Rs 2 coin, changes symbol of Kendriya Vidyalay and claims ignorance when party gives ticket to Sikh killers.
What a shameless and pathetic person MMS is. He is not fit to be called as true Sikh nor as a true Indian.
Congis appointed Amresh Mishra as member of Indian council of social science Research. He is fighting from Lucknow as a Ulema council candidate and he says " he want political islam" in country
They appointed Teesta setalvad as member of CABE ( Central advisory board of Education). Is she an educationist of what. All text books again need to be rewritten. All campuses need to be detoxified from the Islamic -Marxist nexus.
1. Intellectual: Manmohan is excellent. Good acumen and understanding of finance. Advani might not match on this front but his advisors like Jaitley, would help.
2. Mass leader: Manmohan, a puppet in sonia's hands Advani, a sure shot mass leader (whether loved by his followers or hated by his adversaries is different question)
3. Strong and Committed Manmohan, weak and inept, always guided by Sonia for decisions. Advani, strong on his commitment and ideology, its difficult to give any other e.g of a man who dared to challenge the cong. and single handedly changed the political course of india.
4. Nationalist: Manmohan not a true nationalist rather more of a muslim sympathiser. Unfortumately, did nothing for sikhs while being at helm. Advani, great nationalist who re-defined what is nationalism and what is pseudo-secularism.
5. Experience: Manmohan "popped-up" by sonia. Not a true politician (his own admission). Advani, Politician with over six decades of experience. Self made leader.
6. Compromise: Manmohan compromised with left for 4.5 yrs. now trying to lure away JD(U),BJD, AIADMK etc. Which is an admission of their defeat in this election. Advani, never compromised on ideology be it in power or outside it.
Alltogether, final conclusion. Bring BJP,save India. Vote 4 Cong and India is doomed. Vote 4 Third front India goes to hell. Vote 4 Fourth front, Talibans come and sit in Delhi
In their bid to demolish and dismember India, Pakistan’s Inter Services Intelligence, and its Bangladeshi counterpart are bent upon creating one more Islamic country on Indian soil for which they have illegally sent crores of their nationals into India.
AASU leader Sarbananda Sonowal took the issue of Bangladeshi infiltration to Supreme Court. By its judgement dated July 12, 2005, Supreme Court struck down the Illegal Migrants (Determination by Tribunals) Act, 1983 as unconstitutional; and termed Bangladeshi infiltration as “external aggression” and directed that “the Bangladesh nationals who have illegally crossed the border and have trespassed into Assam or are living in other parts of the country have no legal right of any kind to remain in India and they are liable to be deported.”
But instead of deporting the infiltrators, on Feb. 10, 2006, UPA government brought in the Foreigners (Tribunals for Assam) Order to nullify the Apex Court’s judgement. However, on December 5, 2006, Supreme Court quashed this Order also as illegal and unconstitutional, and called for a strict implementation of its earlier judgement dated July 12, 2005 “so as to ensure that illegal immigrants are sent out of this country.” Shockingly, despite the Supreme Court’s clear directions, no infiltrators have been deported by the government.
