Moily is really funny to say that National party like cong was insulted by giving 3 out of 40 seats.I believe even 3 is too much in Bihar.What is their strength in Bihar.Big zero.Are they Nationa party.They are getting wiped out in state after state.In TN it is going to happen and they may end up with 2 digit figure only.
