How CBI keeping quiet?
by MGR on May 03, 2009 08:02 PM  | Hide replies

When a Govt employee bulid a big house or bungalow, then CBI raid thier house asking for the details of earnings. Now Politicians are showing Crores of Rupees, still CBI is keeping quiet. CBI should verify Politicians earnings and amount they have declared.

Do U know recent take over of Chidambaram temple by non-hindus
by balaji on May 03, 2009 07:07 PM  | Hide replies

No Media or secular party even mentioned it anywhere
The recent Take over of Chidambaram temple by non-hindus and aestheists on Tamilnadu shocks our conscience. In many ways the ‘dravadian (by logical corollary ‘non indian’) heavily campaign against Hinduism and Hindu Symbols bears resemblance to the actions of the Taliban against non-islamic symbols (Bamiyan Buddha statues) in Afghanistan. Under international outcry even the Talibans halted their destruction of the statues, but in India the same set of politicians are now keeping quite.
Needless to say every attack on Hinduism and a section of the Hindu society (dubiously called as ‘upper caste’) is packaged as social justice! Sp great is the fear of ‘caste, votebanks, that even parties professing support fo Hindutva are refusing to consider the just and fair rights of the Unreserved Class Hindus. Things have gone so far that none of them are even willing to consider the Unreserved Class Hindus as Citizens.

BJPs Magical Novel scheme for the needy
by Kamadhenu on May 03, 2009 06:49 PM  | Hide replies

Ladli Laxmi Yojana scheme was started by the BJP govt in MP in 2006. In a very short time, it has proved to be one of the most successful social welfare schemes in the history of the state.

Under the scheme, the state govt buys saving certificates of Rs 6,000 each year for five consecutive years for every girl born in a family.

The girl gets Rs 2,000 after she completes her Class 5, another Rs 4,000 after she completes Class 8, Rs 7,500 after she completes the Class 10, Rs 200 per month in her 11th standard and a lumpsum amount of Rs 1,18,000 after she enters the 12th standard or, alternatively, attains the age of 18.

The principal aim of the scheme is to eliminate school dropout among girl students and to encourage them to study at least upto pre-college level.
Kanyadhan Yojna: state gives Rs 7,500 for poor families during the time of a girl's marriage, and
Janani Suraksha Yojna: state provides all economic & health support to a pregnant woman till the time of delivery.
This is what I (as an Indian) call development of girl child; unfortunately no media will project this, but will project BJP as T@liban if some Sene beats a girl who goes to a pub only coz it happened in a state ruled by BJP. This bias is going to be the undoing of the Congress

Election in TN
by Selvarajan Natarajan on May 03, 2009 06:27 PM  | Hide replies

Election in TN is nearly a 1000 crore project for each party...DMDK Vijaykanth will have a tough time to over come these two giants DMK and ADMK in spending...It would be good if Vijaykanth comes to power, but it seems far from possible...
