EXCEPT DEFENCE AND MATTERS OF NATIONAL INTEREST (but not of Personal or Personnel interest) can be confidential. But nothing can be confidential when dealing with apex court of the country. Under Right to Information Act, even people should be informed of the information asked for, how can Supreme court can be kept in dark under the pretext of confidentiality. Is it not hoodwinking and funny? Least is that Supreme Court can be informed which in turn can keep the matter under confidentiality as subjudice. Govt. cannot be bigger than Legal System. Let us wait and watch as to what Supreme court is going to do? I don't think it can sit mum like common public or a mute spectator.

The DON in her majestic disdain allows audience to her most loyal follower. She accords approval to the note (Resolution to be passed unanimously in the cabinet declaring that jehadi is juvenile till he is senile). Happy with the pat on the back, he calls another staunch follower of the DON to sign the ordnance immediately. She accords immediate approval and reaffirms her gratitude to the DON.
