RSS has done so many good things for the suffering community- without looking at them whether they are Hindus or Muslims. Even Indira Gandhi acknowledged that during her days, when there was a disaster engulfed parts of AndharaPradesh. We also know that even in the Tsunami affected areas RSS has been doing good community service like so many other NGOs. However, RSS has to blame itself for making the majority of the majority community uncomfortable by its ill thought and ill advised postures and silly talk even when Vajpayee was the PM. As a matter of fact it was RSS and VHP who are the real culprits for the BJP's failure during 2004 elections, but BJP top leadership is scared to talk about that as that will cause more problems to them. While, we are neither supporters or opponents of RSS, we feel that there is very good potential in this organisation, unutilised and if they try to direct it in the right direction, then they will be doing a yomen service to all the communities in INDIA irrespective of the religion they belong to......continued

No Media or secular party even mentioned it anywhere The recent Take over of Chidambaram temple by non-hindus and aestheists on Tamilnadu shocks our conscience. In many ways the ‘dravadian (by logical corollary ‘non indian’) heavily campaign against Hinduism and Hindu Symbols bears resemblance to the actions of the Taliban against non-islamic symbols (Bamiyan Buddha statues) in Afghanistan. Under international outcry even the Talibans halted their destruction of the statues, but in India the same set of politicians are now keeping quite. Needless to say every attack on Hinduism and a section of the Hindu society (dubiously called as ‘upper caste’) is packaged as social justice! Sp great is the fear of ‘caste, votebanks, that even parties professing support fo Hindutva are refusing to consider the just and fair rights of the Unreserved Class Hindus. Things have gone so far that none of them are even willing to consider the Unreserved Class Hindus as Citizens.

If a temples management is takenover by a shrine board , normally that is a good action . I have seen Vaisno devi transformed to a wonderful place to visit . Same is the case with shiradi where the shrine board has done a wonderful job . I do not know the specifics of Chidambram temple but rest assured if it has gone to a shrine board it will ultimately mean better fascility for pilgrims which is not a bad thing by my count .

From 2004 to 2008 there have been 14 serial bomb blasts across the country in which (going by media reports) 646 innocent people were killed in these and more than 2000 injured. This will not make our hearts ache because these are people who do not matter--they are not women and men of substance--the common folks who can be snuffed out. Not one woman/man of ‘substance’ had been targeted by the terrorists, because they know that those in power in the UPA are soft towards terrorism. Ministers like Antulay, Paswan, Lalu et al are their advocates. The Muslim vote bank is a great wall which protects them and the Congress under Mrs Sonia Gandhi dare not demolish that--in short we had a government with Mrs Sonia Gandhi stone walling any direct action against terrorists lest she lose the vote bank. Should we then vote for the Congress led by Mrs Sona and Rahul? An objective assessment of the “achievements” of the UPA will put to shame even the most fervent supporter of Mrs Sonia Gandhi
