Have you ever find the Chartered Accountant with ethics ? NO!!!! NOT AT ALL!!! ICAI does not willing to produce any Chartered Accountant with ethics & this is deliberately, especially in the procedure of creating Chartered Accountant. When ANNUAL REPORT of company published, there is emphasis on Auditors' Report & considered it as most valid & valuable document, but this is not the case with Director's Report / Corporate Governance report. Also, without full information regarding all financial transactions, the Chartered Accountant can not prepare the accounting statement & after preparing that it is going to be shown to shareholders. How many Chartered Accountants are facing legal charges in courts, since its inception should have to come out. That number is in '000s. What action ICAI had taken against their members, also should have to come out, & what amount of time span is gone in waste. Also, all CAs prepare false accounting statements, is the wellknown fact & by that means only they are rich enough. Calculate what they get from their ordinary services like Accounting ( all persons in world do that ), auditing fees, taxation matters and then calculate how much their property, especially in the name of family members as they can not make other business while working as a Chartered Accountant. THERE IS NO CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT IN INDIA WHO HAS THE ETHICS.

i know wht c a who were very big shokeen of young girl,, whenever come to hotel, enjy with girl,,and entertain the owner of hotel,,conclusion he didnot deposity many year return of hotel,,becuase he same trade he had with income tax deptt,, he was super man ,,build alisaan kothi in few years, he was true bania,,,,
Indian Business School is ranked 15th in International educational institutions; that is the proud moment for India and that is the topmost achievement for any Indian educational institution. Also, it is surprising that Indian Business School overtakes IIMs, IITs like great educational institutions and paltry educational bodies, whose quality structures are in dolldrum, like ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, etc. It is better for INDIAN GOVERNMENT that they should handover the responsibilities of ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI to Indian Business School & link Indian Business School to apex bodies and dissolve ICAI, ICSI, & ICWAI, so that no malpractices will happen in forthcoming bright future of corporate culture. Also, it is also desirable that all charters given to these three i.e. ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, organisation members should have to be withdrawn permanently. At the moment of charters given to members of these third class educational institutions being taken back all black money will came into the system as white money & no special efforts will be required to overcome economic crisis. Government must have to pay attention to this important issue. ICAI is the institution which is 100% responsible for the parallel economy running in this country. If Ministry of Company Affairs is unwilling to this, then it is the presumption that ministry also part of the fraudulent system & their intentions were not to curb the malpractices but to proliferate the same.
Ban Institute of Chartered Accountants of India totally is the ultimate solution regarding SATYAM case. Not only SATYAM, but other medium size & large companies also are in fray. Other major companies suspected in line of SATYAM are Infosys, Reliance Industries, Reliance Capital, Zee Telefilms and Adlabs. ICAI should have to be dissolved completely & charters of all CAs should have to be taken back, using same law used for creation; use that law for dissolution of ICAI. There are lot of malpractices evidenced in ICAI, not only in operations of working CAs or on job CAs, but in the educational department of ICAI also. Instead of ICAI, there are other institutions also, like INDIAN BUSINESS SCHOOL, Hyderabad, whom authorities can be given & linked it to international apex body. Ban ICAI completely & take back charters given to all current CAs. The system established by ICAI is most currupt & worst system in the world. That is most important thing for much better, cleaner & faster corporate & cooperative sectors culture. In cooperative sectors, working of CAs is totally indulging frauds. In how many scandals ( girls & ladies ), how many CAs are involved, many people in this country are aware of. This educational institution (ICAI) is in actual practice, not a governing & educational institution, but the DARK SPOT on EMERGING ECONOMIC INDIA. THAT ICAI SHOULD HAVE TO BE ABOLISHED. 99.99% ICAI system made Chartered Accountants are corrupt & prepare false a/c statements in India.
Indians can avoid Advani as age seems to have weathered him and his vission(ilusion). 1st he allowed pakis to enter kargil, then parliament, then he gave 13 day pacakage from Nepal to kandahar and then he saluted Jinnah in Pakistan and now he is talking of Balck money. Advani- Pls tell where have you invested your Balck Money and where is the money stashed by Pramod Mahajan.
All politicians have money in swiss banks ... Advani must have told all bJP leaders to withdraw money and then he spoke about this. Congress leaders must be in process of withdrawing money right now. Every one is fooling public .....

No wonder the share market has been going up for the past week. Lot of this black money seems to have come in with the help of FII
whole majority of people suffer from money manipulation,,by vested interest,if govt work with efficiently, honesty,ones man income can be another consumption, there is not space for poverty,corruption,but some vested interested people become parasite and live on other blood,, majority of rich people live on poor man subsidy,like gas,,fertiliser,petrol,,medical ,education,, in anywhere in western country majority of people has to pay, majority of people has to take loan and pay rest of their life, education in india should be qaulitative not just for show,,,should be charged from rich and loan without interest should be provided but be chargedlater on,,,health,transport, should be chargedfrom rich,,whole ecomony is gambling geting money from one class and giving to another class,, whole ecomony is just casino,, where people are dreamed to win , but majority of end up looser,,

your facts seems misplaced! He was the 1st to raise Hindu muslim divide when rode Rath to Ram Janambhoomi and demolished Babri and now he pushed Varun to toe his line. He doesn't knwo anything abount economics while he knwos a lot about trading.
india needs system of accountibility and discipline ,,whole congresi culture developed around cult which is not sustainable for long,, best comparison is with india, chine is biggest power and still we are licking the shoe of western power, why,, because majority of people are gutsless, greedy and illiterate,, we need simple system of governace,, no cash transaction be allowed above RS5000, govt should have issue national credit card for whole national, not black money,not hawala,not smuggled, fake curruncy,, every politician should have degee ,no entrywithout degee,, whole political expenditure should be borned by publicmoney not chor corporate or western m nc, there should be three colition should be allow to take part in central election,,,govt should fund only legitimate colition, national debate should be held instead of rally or local compaign,,internet voting should be allowed, voting should be compulsory,, local village pradhan,mayor should be held responsible for distribution and taking signature of household,,on handheld computer,, make wholepeople i d,,,be used for property, finance, industry,,and everywhere, we should adopt the system of efficiency, if some poor in service ,cause harm to consumer should held responsible and victim should be compensated with heavy compensation and fine for perpetuator,,i e criminal,, we should hvae code of conduct for everyone ,responsiblity should be declared from onset of action like hotel manager should be responsiblehot

1500billion dollar deposited in swiss bank by indian nationals,, majority of them are politician who get 10-30% commision for ever project they senctioned,,whole imf and world bank are jsut dramas, they give aids to keep politician happy and get more benefit in mining, business permits and liberation, which isgreat stress for common people,,modern technology is biggest slavery t humanming, chines are most master they get knowledge from mn c and selling cheapcomputer, cell phone to other country,,what great mindgame,,
question arised by ADVANI IS SERIOUS. IF SUCH HUGE AMOUNT AS BLACK MONEY OUT FROM INDIA TAKE IT SERIOUSLY.WHEN?
