I know you hate chennai because it is more conservative. You can not survey here with your Hindi. If you want to live here, you must know Tamil or English or any other regional language. Chennai is considered as one of the top cites in asia. So stop talking nonsense and think about you & your place before commenting about chennai.
Anbumani is called as one of the most influencial health minister that India has ever had. Lets defeat Congress, it has done enough damage to the country particulary betrayal to the tamil community. Either vote for third front or to BJP. But don't commit mistake by voting to Congress. It will bring us back to 1950s.

Even if you vote for either BJP or third front the situation will be worse than ever. All the parties are doing the same job. No one is Mr. Perfect.

It ruled us for 60 years! Do you want to give another five years to Congress. Don't you want to see India a developed nation. Do you want the congress to see India a developing country. Its true congress produces certain important policies like Green revolution, but it fails in many areas. Look at German & Japan, they too start from the ash in the same decade which we got independence. But they are the no.2 & 3 economies of the world.
If Cong. party is clever in Tamil Nadu, it should do the following.
DMK Govt. is running with the support of Cong. hence it should ask 30 seats, among 30 seats it should give 15 seats to DMDK, and Cong. should not field candidates against DMDK, and vice versa. then DMK will be in receiving END.
At this situation DMK ought to give 30 seats to Cong.

If Cong. also wash its "HAND" with DMK, TN Govt. will fall,
PUT PRESSURE ON DMK, TO GET 30 SEATS, TO HAVE DIRECT ALLIANCE WITH DMDK AND THRE IS BRIGHT CHANCE OF WINNING SOME SEATS, IF YOU SIT WITH DMK, YOU WILL BE "0"
this was expected of them as this is the habbit of the father-son duo . the loosers are the poor followers .if he thinks he has a huge following he should stand alone and proove it . always looking for a shoulder to lean on .
As the ruling party in state and also a main partner at the Central Govt, it was DMK's responsibility to form the Indian Govt's response to the genuine problems faced by Sri Lankan Tamils. DMK failed in this job miserably.
Now we all want to know if the Tamils would again vote for DMK or against it.
If the Tamils have genuine sympathy for the Sri Lankan Tamils, then please punish DMK in this elections by overwhelmingly voting against it.
If DMK wins good number of seats, we all will assume that the tears of Tamils for Sri Lankan Tamils were crocodile tears!!

How my tamils in TN struggle for food in districts of Krishnagiri and in parts of Tirupathur, Tv malai etc. They struggle for a square meal a day. If people in South AMerica speak ur language dont imagine DMK or any political party to help them or fight against SA. Foolish people u are. There are telugu people living all over the world and many other people of diff languages too. ur sick people shud be kicked out of India

Mr.Devraj, Then TN Tamils should not cry and whip up passion in the name of Sri Lankan Tamils. I remember tears were flowing in TN like river Kaveri till a few weeks back!! You tell it is not our problem. Again you can't run with hare and hunt with dog!!

No itz people like u who r making an issue out of it. If u remember Mr. Cho Ramaswamy has told the Lankan tamils 25 yrs back that they get freedom only in grave. They have gone der to live; so they shud learn to obey the law of the land and live equally wid them. U people are the most fanatics in India. Cho Ramaswamy is a Tamil traitor. The indegenous Tamils did not go from India to live in Eelam but are the oroginal people of the land.Do not mix them up withthe Indian origin Estate workers and traders who were taken by the British or who wnet there aroudn 150 to 200 years ago, They are a seperate community . These Indian orogin Tamils largely live in the Central highlands or in Colombo. MOst of the Tamils lving in the Sinhala south are of Indian origin. The indegenous Eelam Tamils live largely in the NOrth East prts of NOrth West and in Colombo. Even in COlombo and they tend not to mix much with the Indian origin Tamils. There is hardly any intermarriage between the indegenous and Indian origin Tamils. FOr your information aroudn 50 to 60% of the present day SInhalas are directly descended from Tamil spoeaking South Indians who migrated to the island around 700 to 100 years ago . Form the then Tamil speaking Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The SInhala aristocracy is also directly descended from the SOuth Indian aristocracy. These recently migrated South Indian Tamil origin Sinhala castes and Sinhala aristocracy are the most anti Tamil and anti HIndu. The Sri alank Army chief Sarat Fonseka , The Rajapakses, Bandarnaikes, Jyawardenes, Wickremesinghes al lbelong to this clan. SO Tel lyour hero CHo Ramaswamy to get his facts correct, beofre making stupid comments.
When 9 babies died after vaccination in Govt Hospital, the health minister AR brought in fluttering policies like Reservation, Compulsory rural assignment for Doctors, No Smoking etc. All the pseudo intellectual news channels kept heaping praise for him. Now he is sure both Congress and DMK are not going to win (even if CEC and president are theirs). So time to switch sides.
