Most of Indian musl1ms are patriotic except for some madrassa educated people who have pro-Pakistani feelings. India is much better than Pakistan where percentage of minorities is 5 % .We all (of all religions) must get rid of jihadi terrorism together .

Yellow fevered person sees all the objects in yellow.
Why dont you think about instances like masscre of sikhs when indira gandhi assassinated. Who did that?
Have you got any idea about thousands of soldiers who gave their life during indo china war for being sent to the battle field without arms & ammunition
Better you read Indian history & then comment

No Majority Governments
by vyas cm on Mar 26, 2009 10:15 PM  | Hide replies

All talk about who is better is useless. Whoever you think is better should be voted for by you. No Doubt. But we should also be able to ensure that they get a majority of 300 LS seats. Is it possible? NO! So talking on this blog is useless. Don't blame Congress or BJP. Don't compare them. For what they did or didn't. For what happened during or after their rules. For 6 decades or 6 years. On issues that are debatable and will always have a divided opinion.

Blame those crores of people who fancy regional parties. Blame those leaders who form such parties at regional levels for RULING AT THE CENTRE!! Can They? They did. eg Deve Gowda the Sleeper Class! Ike Gujral. Softy intellectual who is fit for the classroom only! Chandrasekhar, the bhashan baaj and VP Singh, the Mr Confused. All talk and money making. No action. now the THIRD FRONT! Who next to join the Deve Gowda, Chandrashekar, Ike and VP Gang? Morarjibhai the geriatric! Excused.

Blame ourselves for what we fancy. That regional parties should be voted for. Yes, the big parties woo them. Because we believe in giving ghaas to them! We, We, We!

So vote only Congress or BJP. No other party, NO UPA, NO NDA, JUST CONGRESS OR BJP.

If we can't help ourselves, we don't deserve to talk on the blog. Hot air gets us nowhere. action is what is required!

Rediff is trying its level best to boost the beleagured fortunes of the Congress- why? The rate of price increase , or more specifically the data that is being put out for gullible public consumption, may show a very temporary (till the elections) lowering of the rate of price rise, but the prices of all essentials remain sky-high constraining the mudgets of even most upper middle class families, not to speak of the more economically weaker ones. The past 5 years of Congress rule has spelt total disaster for our individual finances, and for the development rate of the country which at 5.3% is the lowest in near memory. The NDA, inspite of the crippling global economic sanctions against India post Pokhran 2 had successfully maintained a solid growth rate of more than 10%. When can we get those better days back? Now India is struggling even without any sanctions

Your mentality reflects that you belongs to the slave class. You have no pride in your motherland. People like you are pushing this country to an inevitable Taliban regime. May God give people like you some good senses.

yes Atalji was one of the better PMs and the best BJP leader..shame on the selfish Mohammad Advani who brought him down and was responsible for his and his team's defeat in 2004..now the same Advani is PM candidate..80 plus and only fit for Rath Yatras and proclamations of building temples..BJP should change PM candidate to Modi who has made Gujarat the best developed state today
