Hi If congress wants Varun Gandhi be debarred from contesting the elections following EC's recommendation that he should not be given a ticket to contest, then why did it (congress) not accept and uphold CEC's recommendation to remove Navin Chawla from office? The Supreme Court of India had passed its judgment that Mr. Navin Chawla is not fit to hold an office, then why and how is he in office? and why is he being appointed as CEC? Is it not contempt of court? Should not any case be filed against Congress govt and Mr.Hansraj Bhardwaj, the Law Minister, for going against Supreme Court orders?

When a muslim judge presides over the sensitive issue like Alleged Anti Muslim speech by a person belonging to a political group wrongly put on idiotic political notes it is but can not be called as justice as the judge is all human angles is bound to be biased. Such judgements make no good for the country. If at all a right justice should be made in such cases the panel of judges must not have a persons who are likely to get biased in such sensitive matters.

Wah wah! No muslim judge because the accused is allegedly anti-muslim. No hindu judge because the defendants are pro hindu. No other minority judges because hey - all minorities are anti Hindu, aren't they? Let's get a judge from Mars. Of course he won't be human, so you could accuse him of being anti-human but then that is perfectly aligned with Indian politicians of all shades and stripes.

Varun has never used the word 'muslim' in his supposed 'hate speech'. The 'hand' he meant was the Congress' symbol.But Sonia, who has usurped the 'Gandhi' name, is jittery that if Varun is elected, her son will be a non-entity, compared to the more-intelligent Varun Gandhi.

bjjpp is playing bad politics. it atarted with rath yatra to ayodhya right at the time of elections and after comming to power, forgot everything about ram mandir, till the u.p. elections. then again a pad yatra, ete etc. in pilibhit also varoon ghaandhi was not aware of the "atyachar" being done on his community. now at the election time he woke up to the fact that the constituency of his mother has a sevtion of people who were badly oppressed by another community, arms were being smuggled to ghettos and the "mukhiya: was getting "dhamkees" by members of a community. all this was going on and vr gaandhi was not aware. only on the eve of elections he had come to know of all this.

yes varoon gaandhi did the right thing but at the wrong time. either he was unaware of the "atyachaes" and "dhamkees" to hi.d.us, or he diliberately kept it to himself the attyachars and the dhamkees to be made open at the appropriate time like on the eve of elections. similarly another great person of bjjpp (mooody) has the right answeres to the 30 questions asked by pakis. the govt of india did not approach mooody for their answeres. mooody is waiting to become the PM to let loose his reply to the pakis. he is expecting that when bjjpp is voted to power, LKA will gracefully hand over the PMship to him and do a act of ittalian lady (action replay of congi). vrooon gaandhi sensing this danger took the bold step, more bolder than the PM in the waiting to be handed over. Vajpayeji is regretting the goa chintan sammelan where is talked of raj dharam. instead ABVajpaye ji should have made him the defence minister instead of geo fernandes (tehelka fame) and the army sent to borders would have done the job of finishing pakis. the usa would have then issued him a visa to america and would have invited him to visit usa and advice FBI, CIA how to handle osaamaa ban laden.

Congress seems to be rattled with the out burst of Varun in Pilibhit. With one master stroke (althouh unbecoming at this stage but bearable in this days filthy political gimmickery by all parties) Varun Gandhi suddenly beacme the Hindutwavadi face of BJP. There is every likelyhood of polarisation of Majority votes around this new face of BJP. Thats why Priyanka Gandhi has opened a front against Varun. Till date only Rahul was being shown on major TV channels eating sleeping with a dalit family in UP. Now the spot light is on Varun. How much this is going to benefit BJP and its latest mascot is not clear but certainly in coming days it is going to rattle Congress party in general and Gandhi Family in particular.
