Kiran understand first a failure can not talk about some one else's inabaility? What Moral ground Modi has or Advani has when they terribly failed in Kargil, Parliment and other episodes. During Kargil incursion and Parliment attack congress stood solidly behind the government. But your Advani and Modi is not like that. If Modi's Gujarat is that much safe as he probagtes even in 10th Social Examination Question paper, then He should come out of Z safety cahin.
