Forgot 1984?
by Ashariri on Mar 24, 2009 09:49 PM  | Hide replies

Abusing a community as a whole is bad, whether it is done by Varun or anybody else.

But Priyanka Gandhi should not take the high moral ground. Her father Rajiv Gandhi justified the killing of thousands of Sikhs in retaliation for the murder of Indira Gandhi by saying -When a big tree falls the ground shakes.

Cactus..we can debat endlessly about somebody has the 'right' to preach or not. However that is missing the woods for the trees no? Even the devil may quote the bible sometimes no?

The fact of the matter is whether Varun was right in saying what he said. If we justify that we might as well justify what his uncle Rajiv said and alegedly connived to do during 1984 riots.

Let's not get sidetracked here by whther Priyanka is entitled to say whatever she said..the moot point is what Varun said..and whether it's right or wrong..

When Sukhram was kicked out of Congress, he was welcomed by the BJP. So BJP has no right to talk abt curruption they have lost the moral authority. Or are they equating their party with the Holy Ganga River which washes away all the sins.

Vote for congress as it is the only party who strive for the common indian people including the rural.
They have the great vision and have strived for the better of India and it's people.
Nehru and Gandhi brought freedom to India.
Nehru brought industrial revolution in india.
Nehru started IITs in India.
India Gandhi succeeding in getting rid of eastern Pakistan (now converted to Banglades)
Indira Gandhi succeeding in stopping the division of country after successfully tackling the separate

Tamil Nadu request.
Indira Gandhi conducted the first nuclear tests in pokhran in seventies.
Indira Gandhi sacrificed her life for India.
Rajiv Gandhi succeeding in stopping the division of country after successfully tackling the separate

punjab unrest.
Rajiv Gandhi sacrified his life for India.
Manmohan Singh brought economic reforms to India.
Manmohan Singh brought IT industry to India that created many jobs and branded Bangalore as silicon valley

of India.
Manmohan Singh successfully sealed the nuclear deal for India which is the requirement for India's growing

energy needs and arrest poverty problem.

Aren't these reasons enough for voting for them?
Be grateful to them!!!

Compare the pros of other governments before deciding for casting the vote.

Nowadays, Sonia is quite unabashed in having political alliance with those who like MDMK, PMK, and DMK praise Rajiv Gandhi's killers. No Indian widow would ever do that. Such circumstances are many, and raise a doubt.

Is it not significant that the political career graph of Sonia Gandhi advances concomitantly with a series of assassinations and apparently accidental deaths?

How did Sanjay's plane on June 23, 1980 nosedive to a crash and yet the plane fuselage failed to explode upon impact? There was no fuel ! How was that possible since flight register shows full tank before take-off ? Why was there no inquiry conducted ?

Is it not a fact that Indira Gandhi died because of loss of blood from the wounds and not directly due to a bullet impacting her head or heart ? Then is it not strange that Sonia had insisted that the bleeding Indira be driven to Lohia Hospital-- in the opposite direction to AIIMS which had a contingency protocol set up for precisely such an event ? And after reaching Lohia Hospital, did not Sonia change her mind and demand that they all drive to AIIMS thus losing 24 valuable minutes ?

The same kind of mystery surrounds the sudden deaths of Sonia's other political roadblocks such as Rajesh Pilot, Jitendra Prasad, and Madhavrao Scindia. Such untimely deaths happened in the dark ages in Italy. Should we allow it to happen in India like dumb cattle going to slaughter?

Priyanka is Right
by Shetty Sahab on Mar 24, 2009 09:44 PM  | Hide replies

BJP should fight this election on principles and their contributions to indian ppl and not on Religion. I consider myself a religious H_indu more than any BJP leaders. What do they know abt H-I-NDUISM. They dont have the COPYRIGHT.
Priyanka has every right to preach her younger brother Varun. Who are these BJP buffoons to object, especially when Varun is not objecting.
Now these BJP leaders are even alienating the S-I-K-H-S by allowing Varun to launch a attack on them

At this rate even if the maid of gandhi family says something it becomes headlines. I respect Priyanka as an individual - but does she have any political basis for saying this. Its due to her father's (i wouldnt say Indira - who was a mass leader) waste full ways we are suffering now. Nobody has forgotten his rendevous in the lakshadeep at the expense of public money. In that photo Soniaji was sulking in the sun (i guess she does that even now) - as if all is BAAP ka MAAL. Priyanka - you are just another youngster - but having a good time at public expense
