this is democracy and every nukkad leader can be seen to belive. actually there should be only national parties to contest on national level and regional parties criteria should be that overall percentage of votes polled should be atleast half of total votes polled by national parties otherwise these parties should be asked for poll expeses spent by govt. the more the parties more useless aspirant and more expenditure of govt. avoid it
