Dear. U sud know tat Modi is not in charge of Indian Navy. This is Navy and Coast Guard to check such intrusion. Evn USA had said tat if such thng is planned for US thn it too can have major effect like INDIA. this attck was 1st of its kind. No country cud have avoided.
