300 MPs signed petition against him.

Supreme Court is hearing petition on his appointment.

A judicial Commission (Shah Commission) passed extremely harsh strictures against Chawla.

RAJASTHAN HIGH COURT ASKED STATE GOVT ON ILLEGAL WAY CHAWLA GOT GOVT LAND BARELY 1 MONTHS BACK !!

And such a person is conducting election !!

EC sleep in day time and search sun in the night time. Common man knew very well, political parties spent in crores to win the election. EC don't have sense.
