I don't think Rajs ways is correct by any stretch of imagination. Being a minority (North INDIAN) in mumbai, now i understand what Muslims must be going through, when few leaders talk against them... Rajs way is a sure shot way to break country in long run... Remember, every one has his day, n when the bhiyas get a change they will fight back with much more vigor ... Where this will end dude... ? Dont you think there is enough of hate floating around already to keep us all busy... Don't Fall To Vote Politics..
He has inherited the true spirit of India. I'm proud of Raj Thackeray. Marathis first in Maharashtra. Kannadigas first in Karnataka. Bengalis first in West Bengal. Every single true Indian should support this movement.

First of all we have to be ashamed to call ourselves Indians if we fight on issues of language, cast etc. We should remember we all belong to one nation INDIA and should be proud that we are INDIANS and stand up for being INDIANS and stop fighting among ourselves. The first time the British took advantage of the nation being divided and now PAK and China will if we dont stop fighting among ourselves. Stand up together as one Nation and be proud that we are INDIANS. We are one Nation and not small nations. Else in a few years we will be fighting for Maharashtra country, Andhra country and divide INDIA. So stop this nonsense and unite. I feel instead India should be just divided into 4 states in all (one horizontal line and one vertical line from the centre and keep all the language and cast and religious barriers out. Make it a country where all are one and equal. THen see how strong we will be. Remember any Nation/Kingdom that is divided against itself will be ruined and a house divided against itself will fall (Luke 11:17). So please be united.

Your suggestion will lead to war in every corner of this huge country where every single ethnic entity wants freedom from the centre rule. This is why Nehru was wise to create language based states. Just because of him our country is our country, not "their" country and their country. Think about it.

We are all Indians, no matter who is given priority in the respective states. Learn the true meaning of India first, else you will be beaten up.

The basic problem with this issue is nothing but ignorance. Sadly not a single national level leader is there to tell the truth bluntly. India is divided as multiple states just for the ease of ruling. It doesn't authorize any additional privileges to any one in a state just because his/her mother delivered him there. A poor bihari migrant and Raj Thackeray is having exactly same privileges in maharashrta or any other state. Speaking the language of that state doesn't give any additional privileges to any..
Maharashtra is for Indians, Karnataka os for Indian, TN for Indians, WB is for Indians so and so.
As an Indian I feel ashamed reading stories of such clowns..
What is the difference between Raj T and Kasab?? I feel Raj is more venomous and will make more damages to India than what Kasab did during those 2-3 days.
It pains me to see the so called secular media being so biased about an issue. All throught the agitation, Mr. Raj has been saying that he and his party take objection to the way the migrants from the UP and Bihar (and not the North Indians, as the report mentions) try to undermine the interests of the domicile residents of Maharashtra. Every other state, including UP and Bihar follow the practice of protecting the interests of the locals, which was once even justified by the late PM, Mrs. India Gandhi. What we see in this report (and many such others) is a classic case of two-facedness.
