This time it is awfully strange and unique. Such a chaos was never seen in any other General elections before in this country. Except the BJP no other party is able to project its prime miniterial candidate. The current incumbent should be able to say assertively as to whether he is the prime ministerial candidate to let the electorate know to decide on their choices. Otherwise he is not a leader and he should opt out. This shows how weak the current incumbent is. This is dangerous for India facing a partly Talibanised and fully chaotic Pakistan across the border. It is time the BJP is voted to power en block. Manmohan Singh has also not been able to contain Laloo and Paswan stabbing the Congress in the back. Time he should opt out gracefully.
There seems to be selectively targeting Varun Gandhi by Congress, They know varun Gandhi will be much better leader than rahul gandhi, He can hold people with his oratory skills. He has charisma more than Rahul. He is not dependent on chamchas like rahul. This might be the reason why congress is selectively trageting Varun.
Congress created situations by giving reservations and unnecessary sops to the minority, and BJP made the most of it...the minorities demanded more sops, and congress kept obliging more, and BJP kept making the most of it...so who is communal - the one who provoked or the one who exploite the situation ? who is communal - Arjun Singh and Amar Singh who kept on doling out more and more even without being asked or the BJP ?
Media reports suggest that, ELECTION COMMISSION AND PILIbheet administration seems to be in a hurry to establish a case against Varun Gandhi, so that he can be prevented from fighting elections. I think he is being made easy scape goat, Does it not give strength to many speculations about the relationship between Congress and forthcoming CEC? Otherwise how does one explain Mulayam's gestures to Maulavis for doing everything as per their wish if his party voted to power? How about Imam Bukhari, openly threatening the national Unity? These double standards in dealing with such cases only boost the speculative minds and strengthen the popular view of minority appeasement. Let all concerned be fair and impartial in dealing such cases.

First it was Indira Gandhi who didnt wanted Sanjay Gandhi in politics as everyone knew he would have gained popularity than Rajeev. Insiders say there was a conspiracy to sideline Sanjay from Politics and so the death was planned. After many years history has repeated. A small comment from Varun , the election commissioner has created so much of ruckus against varun gandhi. The Election commissioner is a puppet of Sonia Gandhi who feels that Varun can gain popularity than Rahul. He can become a big leader than rahul in future.To avoid this , this hallagolla and charges are enthrusted on Varun by EC on the support of Sonia. Jai Sonia jai Bharat.
I dont believe that Varun gandhi could have deliberately made a speech to icite communal disharmony. Speakers do get carried away and his words couls have been misconstrued. varun is as musch a grandson of the illustrious Nehru Gandhi family as his cousins.He would not let his ancestry down in such an irresponsible way. Wouldnt it be wonderful if Indira gandhi's grandchildren and all other young and dynamic leaders of our country could join hands and lead the masses of Indian youth towards progress and prosperity and brotherhood regardless of religion, caste and creed. that is the India we dream of... will we see it in our lifetime?
