which pace BJP slows down? Conversion's? If you are talking about economy, they gave us economy with 8.7% GDP while congress has finished with 5.3%

Congress has FINISHED with 5.3%. During its reign the highs were 8.9%. This is a recession period..globally. Nothing could be better than today...at least in India.
