i am wondering that how he can go for election... As per the Law a under trial person can get nominated for election but a convicted criminal (Sanjay Dutt is convicted) can't get nominated for election till the time he complets his jail term and Sunjay did not completed yet...
Such notices are issued and answered. Election commission will let him off with a warning. These issues are sewpt under the carpet long before the elections are over and are certainly forgotten once the election is over. Sitting chief ministers make abusive speeches and are let off.
