SHAME.............Dynasty rule still prevails
by srinath parmeswar on Mar 21, 2009 12:21 AM  | Hide replies

Its really shamefull that in India the dynasty rule still prevails and people are supporting it more in congress.

I donot see democracy when the politicians have thier family members as their succesors.

The young talented people are really missing the entry into politics due to this kind of dynastic rule in India and particularly this cultuer is more in Congress party.

If a polotician's son can be the next P M then why can't the IAS and IPS, the highest ranks in INDIA's government can't have their son's and daughters as thier succesors.

We have a elegebility for all kinds of posting in government like from Sweeper to IAS,but why not for politics and politicians.

Let there be elegebilty and exams for politicians, then the true leaders arise.

we shouldn't vote to the best amongst the worst ,as i feel all politician are in to politics without any criteria.

CONGRESS
by partha nag on Mar 18, 2009 11:20 AM

It is sad to note that Congress had to beg for seat adjustment to a Mamta in WB, at the mercy of a AmraSing-Mulayem Sing yadav in UP, and in Bihar what a humilating situation at the hand of Laluji and Paswanji. Then where they will get these young leaders elected? There is no space for Congress in Orissa,Meghalaya,Sikkim, Chatisgarh and MP. other states also have Local parties. Congress needs to do a real introspection and be couragious to shed SONRISE/KINRISE policy and promoto real deserving partmen if it want to save this century old party.

rajnath must be appauded for clearing up an electoral truth
by Pradip Parekh on Mar 18, 2009 08:43 AM  | Hide replies

that rajnath ji would clearly say that the u.p.politics is caste driven is a serious commentary on the sad state of politics of u.p., the biggest state in the union which often decides the nai dillie govt. my ivew point is until things change for the better in u.p. the nationla leadership must not fall to leaders from u.p. because they can not escape the reality of their state which has a dterimental effect on the rest of the country which is trying to break from it all to leap forward. when i see a nice effective worker like jaitley being sidelinesd it is bad.

Caste is everywhere in India. It will never be eradicated, unless, reservations are based on economic criteria rather than breed. By the way, even when we choose dogs, we make sure they are of good breed.

it is not about eradication of caste. i am surprised people can't have a nuanced approach to caste. not all is bad about caste. we need to have a healthy view of things. if caste was all bad all the time, it would have long vanished all its own. it serves a useful function, very useful indeed, but it should not have the kind of place it has in politics in some states, particularly in north, like rajnath ji pointed out.

Congress Has The Support Of Builders and Realty Brokers
by historyrepeats on Mar 18, 2009 12:46 AM  | Hide replies

Many TV programmes are being sponsored by heavyweight builders to loot public by giving wrong advice of investment in property at any unrealistic price and asking house sellers to hold for some time to see appreciation in its prices ( actually Builders want no reselling from investors so that their new housing units can be sold at unaffordable housing rates).
Builders dupe customers with a false imaginary dream and saying that housing property is the safest bet.

Please sell your flat /Bungalow/Appartment/Villas immediately else property prices erosion is very much on cards. 80-100% Correction on property prices is very likely within 3-5 months. Mind it I'm saying correction.

Even the stock market jumping and pumping so fast to 9000 is a problem. There is no actual delivery of stocks, so genuine investors are keeping away and speculators are pushing it higher.

by VINOD TULI on Mar 17, 2009 10:44 PM

Well said RAJNATH Singh! Good that he has unlike of the other parties in the fray dared admit that both parties have younger leaders in the offing despite oldies in the fray. Yet there is a difference between elderly leaders in both camps walking with sticks but with a slight edge against Congress than BJP in terms of overall better health and all important REFLEXES?

YOUTH only can change this Nation for better
by M suresh on Mar 17, 2009 04:47 PM  | Hide replies

The society should grow in all the directions not in one aspect or the other. The present system of administration is catching only prospective aspects of administration by neglecting its impact on society as a whole towards development (administrative fruits are not reaching to the common man). It is also following postmortem policy towards social problems rather than pre-emphasized precautionary policies for human happiness.

Who generated social evils like black money, corruption in the country? Is it not the system of administration which made them prevails in the society? And now what is necessary to do to eradicate them without harming the present flow of administration. It is possible only through the young blood with creative minds rather than bad culture trapped old minds and policies.

Cleansing the society should take place first from the root of the problem i.e., politics. The present day politics does not have any ethics and values and there is no belief on them to the common man. Moreover politics are becoming corporitisation in the country by making entrance to the big corporate bandwagons in to the Indian politics. Do they necessarily think about the common man and his problems? It can be cleansed with those people who are simple, dedicated, honest and educated. They need to be promoted to the political leadership. Yuva Shakthi makes it possible.

M Suresh...

True...but the quality count's isn't it?

We cannot possibly have Rahul Gandhi as the PM, that's that. The guy like his mother is simply not qualified.

The main argument over here is Rahul Gandhi, as Sonia can never be the PM after 2 President's objected her nomination.

Please research on Rahul Gandhi's educational back ground on the internet and then decide.
