The Third front is a political joke played by some state opposition parties who got no alliance with national parties. They will be in bed together for couple of months and might apply for divorce sooner than later, once the elections are completed. They might play a small part in vote shattering, however not in large scale. The credibility is always questionable. These parties have not done anything to the people during their tenure in the high command, the major reason for them to sit out in the opposite zone is quite well known to the country.

Third Front
by MUKUL GARG on Mar 18, 2009 07:29 PM  | Hide replies

Third Front is congregation of a bunch of jokers who are more than prepared to desert it at slightest allurement. Such fronts can have no real unified agenda, policy, principles or a national perspective. Several 'third fronts' have been made in the past but have burst like bubbles quickly.
In any any case, third front is good for ensuring instability in the country. All rejected, marginalised and disgruntled elements who have narrow, localised or no thinking are welcome to join it. All voters, who have no vision, should vote for third front constituents. Afterall, the smaller and regional parties owned by individuals survive on stupidity of such voters only.

Communists are pretending as if there is an offer for them from Third front to join the government. In reality even if the third front gets a significant number of MPs after election, they will tie-up with either BJP or the Congress to form the government. The communists to save face will say they are providing outside support to keep Congress ( or the BJP as the case may be ) out of power. They did that in 1989 ( supported VP singh with BJP ) and in 1998 ( Devegowda with Congress ) And the reason will be to save the country from American imperialism ( if they tie up with BJP ) or from communal forces ( if the tie up is with Congress)

In reality, no party gives much weightage to communists but they survive in India only because of media hype

under the influence of money (bribe) from bussiness class Cong-BJP is trying invest our PF,LIC savings to stock(volatile) market and try to pass bill where foreign bank can buy Indian bank....atleat(only) Left is opposing these.

Otherwise with sinking foreign bank our nationalized bank with our saving also would have been sinking.

Cong-BJP also follow the path of devide and rule.BJP devides us in Hindu-Muslim,Cong devides us in SC-ST-OBC-GEN.
Atleast communist belives that we all are equal.

Did BJP ever put forth a policy that benefitted Hindus ?
Did BJO ever put forth a policy that disadvantaged Muslims ? If not, then how can you say BJP divides us along the lines of religion ?

Advantage 3rd Front
by mailme alladin on Mar 18, 2009 05:13 PM  | Hide replies

Third front cannot make 273 with its current constituent parties. But the same is true about UPA and NDA (until they combine).
If after election, 3rd front is able to break away NCP, RJD, LJSP etc., their number can be higher than UPA. So it's advantage!

* Communists in India are REAL hypocrites.
* They advocate anti-capitalism to Indians.

Almost all Communists in India have sent their Sons and Daughters to America as immigrants or for studies.

Are you day-dreaming? Hahaha...
What Congress has done to India in 55 years as mentioned by you, the same has done by BJP within just 5 years of their tenure.

And you are speaking about Islamic terrorism? Don't you remember that the then BJP minister accompanied a terrorist?

What agenda you have, other than Ayodhya?
Why are you speaking about Ayodhya only when election is nearing? Why don't you build the Ayodhya temple when you were on power for 5 years, nasty ...er?

Sachidanand....

Let people say whatever they want. NDA is to sweep in 8 states. They will improve performance in TN / AP too. In UP it is now become a fight between Mayawati and NDA.
People should read the current scenario to even comment.
CON party is already Kaput.
