Nehru's last days!
by Rama Mani on Apr 29, 2009 09:23 PM  | Hide replies

After the Chinese debacle. Nehrus health started deteriorating. His chamchas, spin masters in the media, AIR used to air the sad Nehrus health and nation was being treated to the impending disaster after the death of great Nehru. Nehru died in 1964. Slowly Indira Gandhi was becoming ready. Similar tamasha was being staged during emergency and now we have half those days tamasha on Sonia, Rahul and Congress party! Anyhow, it was great that nation survived after Nehru, Indira, Rajiv and co. For details on 62 debacle, Brig Dalvis book: Himalayan Blunders (hope the title is correct. Uttar Kumar Kaul also wrote a book) will be a good one to read. Most of my comments were from what I saw, read and heard from AIR.

How Nehru messed up UNSC seat!
by Rama Mani on Apr 29, 2009 09:22 PM

Even now, China produces new maps and arguments and claims that Arunachal Pradesh and some more areas belong to China. Mind you: there will be no end! It sits in UN SC and is a big hindrance for our admittance to UN SC. Incidentally, in 1955, when India was offered UN SC seat, Nehru refused it by saying that without China getting it, India will not accept it. Can we ever trust the Chinese and their agents Marxists? Marxists are always ready to stab us in the back again. At least from this angle, we should support the Tibetan freedom struggle!!! Let us have a peaceful buffer between us and the expansionist and imperialist China.

JFK helped us with arms!
by Rama Mani on Apr 29, 2009 09:20 PM

Nehru, who was giving big lectures to the US and other western powers, requested US and other nations aid. US President, John F. Kennedy sent Nehru a big letter replying to all the lectures and started sending military equipment. When these military equipment started arriving, Chinese unilaterally started withdrew. Who were at fault for the Chinese debacle? All except Nehru. Kaul resigned and the first and only Chief of Army to resign Thapar (that BBC/CNN-IBN Thapers father), lantern DM VKK. Nehru was devastated by the Chinese stabbing India. We, Indians, got this picture! Nehrus dreams of Nobel peace prize was shattered (who gives them to total losers and idiots?) Of course, Nehru did not know that Gandhi had not got it. At least Nehrus chamchas made Nehru believe that he is yeh close Nobel peace prize! Whole nations morality was in shambles!

Gen Kool and PM fool jokes!
by Rama Mani on Apr 29, 2009 09:19 PM

In Sela Pass Gen Kaul smelt an opportunity to stop the Chinese army. He assembled troops and equipment on one side of Sela Pass. Chinese were on the other side. Kaul invited Nehru and showed him military powers. Nehru gave shabash to his chamcha. Soon after, Chinese troops disguised as Tibetan refugees came from behind and hit our troops. Taken back our troops gave a fight, but were badly defeated. Chinese marched up to Tezpur. Greatest military leader Gen Kaul, a Kashmiri Pandit, rushed to Delhi and got himself admitted to a hospital. Tezpur DC ran for life! Brig Dalvi was taken a prisoner. Maj Gen Pathani brothers walked to safety via Sikkim.

Pranabda aapke munme ghee sakkar
by Vijayrama Rao on Apr 29, 2009 09:19 PM  | Hide replies

Dr.Manmohan Singh is the only leader who could lead our country in this time of global crisis. The last thing we want at this time is to have ignorant and corrupt leaders like LK Advani and Mayawati as Prime Minister. Our PrimeMinister MMS should be allowed to continue his good work for few more years. We are already the fastest developing country in the world and am sure MMS will make sure that India gets rid of peverty asap.

Dr.Manmohan Singh has got nothing to do with that. His moves were controlled by the Left Front; otherwise he might have sold our Country to USA. See how the Congis are changing tunes. The same Congis praising "economic liberalization" is praising Ms. Indira Gandhi for "Bank Nationalization"!! The UPA Govt wanted to invest Employees Provident Fund in the Stock Exchange but they could not do so due to stiff opposition from Left-Front. Think of what would have happened to the EPF if investments were made when the Sensex was at 22000 That would have been the "mother of all scams"!!!

USSR did not come to our rescue against brother!
by Rama Mani on Apr 29, 2009 09:18 PM

When Chinese attacked India, we asked for USSRs help. USSR replied: we cannot help friend against brother! Our communists were very happy that Chinese were marching at furious pace and slowly Chinese will hand over them some portion of our territory for Vietnam like communist struggle. Our army with poor equipment and useless leaders/chamchas like Lt Gen B. M. Kaul and army Chief Gen Thapar were in bad shape. Chinese took a break at Sela Pass.

VKK a disgrace to DMs!
by Rama Mani on Apr 29, 2009 09:16 PM

With Panch Sheel, Hindi-Chini bhai-bhai was in full swing. 1957, Acharya Kripalani, just on China policies, contested against VKK in South Bombay and lost by more than 50000 votes! Meanwhile, always Nehru was afraid of Army. So he started picking chamchas for promotions in the Army. Such one was Maj Gen B. M. Kaul. He was promoted as Lt. Gen and posted in eastern command. Against this promotion, all the service chiefs rebelled. Chinese had started intruding in eastern sector. Nehrus chamchas and Nehru did not have idea here either. In 1962, Nehru ordered our troops to throw out Chinese troops from Indian soil. Chinese started marching in and Chinese were fully prepared. Our soldiers were fighting them with tennis shoes!

1962 Chinese debacle!
by Rama Mani on Apr 29, 2009 09:15 PM

As soon as we got independence, Nehru snatched the PM post of India. Nehru, a Muslim faking as a Kashmiri Pandit, was autocratic, arrogant, self-serving pleasure seeking d*e*b*a*u*c*h. He got another similar one in V. K. Krishna Menon as a Defense Minister. Nehru floated Panch Sheel, but did not have a clue of Chinas intentions. China occupied Tibet and then occupied some portion Akash Chin in J and K and other places. Even here, Nehru was blind. His DM turned ordinance factories to lantern producing factories! All throughout PSP leaders Acharya Kripalani, H. V. Kamath, JP, Ramamanohar Lohia and others were dead set against Nehru and cos blindness to China.

The great Congress party's records
by JGN on Apr 29, 2009 09:05 PM  | Hide replies

In 1962 the Government of India almost handed over Assam to China. On 21-11-1962 all the Indian soldiers left Assam. Jawaharlal Nehru said farewell to Assam (by his famous speech "My heart goes out to the people of Assam").
