MINORITIES CAN GET EDUCATIONAL LOAN AT 3% P A INTEREST AND TERM LOAN 6% P A INTEREST FROM NMDFC A CENTRAL GOVT OWNED BANK WITH BRANCHS ALL OVER INDIA. First migrate to abroad country and ask for a separate land? is it not wrong? Can NRI's abroad, say in USA ask for division of America and ask a separate land? No nation wants a division of its country. People who settle aborad and do not wish to mix with those foreigners, should better come back to India rather than sitting there and ask for independence.
Moreover, India has no right to interfere in the internal matter of other country.

Who migrated the Eelam Tamils are the oroginal people of the land not the Sinhalese most Sinhalese are migratns mostly from TamilNadu and Kerala and a few form Northern India.
