i ask the election commision ,if a party says the "hindus have the first right over this country & its resources over other muslims?,will this also be a non communal statement?"then why is the pm being spared for saying that muslims have the first right over the country & its resources? how can he pm say so? every one has the equal right over the country's resources. beware enlightened citizens & change ecs
