This is what happens with years of congy rule. BJP govt will undo the damage. But it is going to take time.
Even Rae Bereilly/Amethi people where Sonia is consting says there is no electricity for 16 hrs. a day. Hanuman Gowda people should change the pattern of voting.

Under the scheme of Akshay Urja yojana one can get very cheap loans for setting solar electricity units (which are very suitable for domestic use). Bicycles are vero good means of transport(especially for students). Even developed countries are making increasing use of bicycles for the environmental considerations.

but the problem in hassan is,its in malnadu region where most of the time it will be cloudy and raining
A simple villager has grasped what all the city folks and media honchos have failed to emphasize. "It is important that we vote the same government both in the state and the centre and only then will there be a will to solve our problems". So, folks please choose your central Govt. carefully and then give your vote to the same party to form a Govt. in your state. Don't vote for regional parties keeping provincial feelings in mind. It is strange, though, that when Devegowda visits his village ONLY four times a year and still has not been able to solve the problem even though he has been the Prime Minister once, his people still have faith in him. Incredible India...

You don't seem to have understood Indian politics very well. In Tamilnadu, regional parties always won the elections and have had their say in central government. The two major political parties in the country are not strong enough to form a government on their own. BJP is not strong in south and congress at present not strong enough in north. Your comments are more appropriate for those states where these two major political parties are strong contenders.
Isn't electric supply a formality through out India,Name a place that do not get supply cut of without notice. Canada is larger then India even the most remotest place in Canada has a constant power supply and it is never gets cut off unless there is a reason and a good one. Even maintenance is done on live cables with power supply switched on. India has lot to learn from west but it is learning the wrong things. Such as Sex at early age, use less fashion, Rotten music and the public it takes pride in it. WHAT A SHAME.

Credit goes to CESC run by a group (most probably CK Birla) which has managed to maintain good ties with WB govt. and avoided the usual industrial hiccups of WB like hartal, bandh, etc.

Why should there be theft,if the cable installation is done and maintained properly. Why does it not happen in the west. because all cabling§g carrying supply to the premises is un accessible to any one even the supply company with out digging the cables from the ground.
