If you MDM wanted, nobody can stop it. But they dont't have time. Also 10Yrs before UP was ruled by Congres, why Congress lost the identity in UP? Because they are not capable and they cannot do any development. So Rahul can better concentrate on his constituency and develop it first, before blaming others.
