Was Lalu Yadav fooling the public, invluding the IVY League universities for the turnover? Normally, the administration is run by babus, and not Netas. Now, Lalu will be upset that he is being belittled by the Congress party. Even Nano has turned out to be a vehicle for the Aam Adami, but Congress party was silent when the whole episode of Nano vis-a-vis their new partner Mamata Banerjee made Tatas to move the project to Gujarat. Why didn't the Congress party not offer Maharashtra to Ratan Tata. What is next on line, will appear in two to three days.
We have politicians who create regional and religious hatred, politicians who oppose projects like Tata Nano for political gains. We can change our political system by voting for the right person and persuading/educating people around you to vote for the right person. Please vote for the best candidate irrespective of Caste,Creed,region,religion,fraudulent propoganda etc. Some of us, have the feeling that if I vote for the best candidate and he is any way going to lose, why vote for him. Please, please .. we should not do this mistake again. Please vote for the right candidate no matter he wins or not. Once you vote for right candidate, the self satisfaction you get is unbelievable and outstanding. Sometimes I feel,Media is the biggest culprit to put you in dilemma by deciding themselves this candidate is going to win. No. We are the decision makers. Yes, Congress and Co should be finished in the interest of the nation.
After Congress is finished, BJP should split into two parties which should dominate the national politics for decades to come. Then only India would be real Superpower like America.

I think its a smart move to not get tangled in their mess. Whatever the US says India need not follow.
As for "starting to work on it" not sure what the US is doing.. since you seem to have insight into it, please tell us what the US is doing other than giving aid to Pakistan.
Congress can claim anything and everything. But it was BJP led NDA which took India on the fast track of development, they took several initiatives and showed substantial results.
Yes, there are some achievements in 50 years of Congress rule. But those are very minimal by international standards. Most of the developed and developing countries (I mean civulized countries - not Pakistan) rebuilt themselves quickly from scratch after World War II. On the other hand, India's development during Congress rules is much less than 10% of what India could have achieved with BJP's core policies (economic liberalization; friendship with US, Israel; uniform civil code; etc).
You can not be proud of providing rice to your family once a week, when it is required everyday.

Out of six years NDA ruled, first 3 years were quite a learning experience also marred by economic sanctions after N-tests. Next 3 years was an era of rapid development, rapid assertion of India in international scene and so on.
Congress ruined everything in last 5 years. It was gutsy NDA, who took the FDI to new height. NDA who dtonated without US getting any inkling. Manmohan would have been penalized by USA for taking such a courageous step. Modi's development model will answers all critic, what NDA can do for the country. FDI in gujarat alone this year beats the rest of India under UPA.
