there were only 2/4 terrorist both cannot do this at the same.there was another group of different bdenomination inside who double crossed at the end.ESCAPE WAS PROVIDED TO them.they also tortured the terrorist in same way.

If the writer want to know ''who will clean up the filthy town''. What is the answer. Is it Rahul gandhi responsibility clean up. And what is public responsbility - to never work if you have govt job ? Go on dumping garbage everywhere ? U cant blame just the system. The masses have to be educated or trained for decent life style. And best way to do is start when people are younger. Once they grow old, nothing goes in their head.
The enormous growth of population in India is putting a huge strain on minimal resources and infrastructure in India. We need to both increase supply and curtail demand (by reducing the population). Ignoring the demand side is not going to bode well for the country.

In U.P. and Bihar, filthy areas don't have to be identified. The whole states are wretched except for the walled communities of the upper classes.
