Maya always played caste based politics, dictates in her own way, though not liked by many, but takes quick decisions, may be prejudiced or revengeful.
These fools including those of Mulayam and Communists that the schemes and facilities for poor cannot be implemented by tax money collected from so called "rich" (which include middle class and above). Do they want to make "rich" people poor ? Certainly most politicians in India do not want poor to become rich (except politicians themselves) because they will loose their vote bank! God knows when common and poor people will become wiser.

BJP lacks both competencies and conviction to govern a culturally and socio-economically DIVERSE society like India. However, * You must vote for your CASTE till 85% of all registered marriages in India are INTER-CASTE or INTER-FAITH. * Only he can UNDERSTAND your culture and IMPROVE your socio-economic status. And this is the only way to STOP dis-integration of India.
Mayavati knows how to treat(?) the media. So the media cringes before her. Look at the beatings BJP gets from media as it does not know how to handle them.

BJP gets a beating from media : there are many reasons. The reason you have mentioned is also correct. With that, there are some more. Media never wants BJP comes to power as most of the media is either handled by commies or congi or outsiders. Also, BJP is being a national party and the presence through out india is again a point. The people who really watch TV, read papers (ELM - english language media) usually most of them are BJP supporters. The people who vote for mayawati dont even have TV and afford to buy a paper.
