It keeps a very large contingent of media representatives busy almost continuously (there are elections to centre, states, byelections...) and helps them to dish out what they please to the viewers by way of special reports, panel discussions, opinion polls etc., instead of restricting themselves to presenting only matters of fact.

For it has helped the common man, the citizen, the voter for over 50 years to think that his vote counts!
BJP lacks both competencies and conviction to govern a culturally and socio-economically DIVERSE society like India. However, * You must vote for your CASTE till 85% of all registered marriages in India are INTER-CASTE or INTER-FAITH. * Only he can UNDERSTAND your culture and IMPROVE your socio-economic status. And this is the only way to STOP dis-integration of India.

Karat can become PM with BJ pee support -- after all CPM and BJ pee slept with each other during nuclear debate -- so the next govt could be the illegitimate child born from this adventure
If Karat or Mulayam becomes PM, we will be back to the dark pre-1991 days.
Very scary. License raj, 10 years wait for telephone, 7 years for two-wheeler, 5-years for gas connection, long queues for ration, milk, train bookings, to get our passbook updated, buying Video, music system from grey market. 3 cars, 2 TV channels, 2 two wheelers. Thank God it got over.
I just wonder if pre-1991 thinking had continued. If Karat, Mullayam becomes PM, we will have to wait 8 years for a PC, 15 years for cellphone and possibly 1 week for our screen to refresh.
Very scary and very much possible. I just hope history does not repeat.

Shame on priyanka gandhi. She is using her children to beg for votes for their so called 'Maama'. Children at this should concentrate on studies. But Priyanka doesn't know Indian culture. just FYI: Her actual name was 'Bianca' and Rahul's actual name is 'Raul' and Sonia's actual name is 'Sania Maino'. Rajiv had become 'Roberto' to marry 'Sania Maino'. Can't expect Indian culture from the family who is not Indian at all. They can go down to any level to get into power. Hopefully this info opens eyes of people who are voting for congress. Jai Hind....

India has shown no communal forces survive. But India will not survive. Soon muzlims will cross 50%. The debate over secularism will not be there, since then izzlam will be official religion. And soon Taliban will take over after that. So vote congress to power if you want India to end up the way I described. Just think India was from Afghanistan to Burma. Now Afghanistan,Pak and Bangladesh are complete taliban. So effectively India got downsized by 40%. Just wake up to save the remaining 60%.Don't be fooled by Congi secularism. It is better to live now under fanatics like Modi than live under someone like Sufi M'o'ho'mm'ad of Swat valley fame.
