By the way, he didn't realize that somebody needs to offer that to accept. Who is going to offer this guy? What is their policy? One day they support the govt., next day they walk out and then on the third day they say they might support the govt. Please don't vote for these types of guys...

Regional and castiests are helping our country at all. All these mom and pop parties are lead by personalities and their whims not by their policies and ideologies.
God forbid that some such catastrophe occurs. Communists have ruined 2 great states ... Kerala and West Bengal. Now they are wanting to replicate their success to India across. If the people of India are foolish to let anything like that happen, then the commies will invite their friends from China, Russia and other commie countries to gobble up India. China annexed huge territories in 1962 and since then, these commies have done nothing to condemn it or redeem it. Prakash Karat and gang cannot be trusted even for a pie.

Who said China annexed large tract of Indian land in 1962? It is the other way round as the commies led by the master spoiler of West Bengal Jyoti Basu shouted from rooftops that it was India which had annexed large parts of China.

I hope no communist ever becomes PM of India. They have already destroyed WB. Given a chance they will destroy India.

If there is the last man on earth and if there is a bomb under the chair and no one wants to sit on it... blah blah... then, I will accept it.
What a hypocrite... are you in politics because you want to serve people or fill your pockets? What's the ultimate prize of being a politician? Is Prime Ministership not that position? So why say it, that if there is no other option then I will accept it.
It's not that it's your position for the taking, but the hypocricy of it sucks Karat bhai. As usual, your party didn't change or will change. And we need some fresh thinking and fresh concept to move India ahead.
Yes why not Karat or Lalu or Mulayam Singh. Why all out effort to install Rahul. Governance is not Cricket or Kabaddi. Governing a country of the size of India requires much more than youth. It requires experience also- actually lots of it. We must not forget the Indian wisdom which maintains that like for docters, preachers -et. al. for Ministers and legislators also age and seniority is a plus point. Just because Rahul has to be promoted as the next PM and he is pitted against stalwarts not just Advani and MM Singh but also Pawar, Lalu, Karat even Pranab and Arjun Singh, does not mean that we must through caution and wisdom to wind. Except for age, his mother and media backing, he has no chance against such seniors. We must not make governance a jagirdari.
We must have a more participative government- first let there be equal number of men and women, let there be representations of the farmers, BPL families, students and the urban middleclass not just of criminals and dalals.
Best will be to have a nationlist government with Advaniji or some body of his experience and stature as the PM, MMS as the FM, Modi as the Home Mister and so on. Rahul, Varun or Priyanka and so many young politicians can do their internship- not just drama of visiting a BPL family here and there but real hard work among the rural poor for decades before they would qualify to govern. Let us not make governance cheap and hereditary

Good thought Jagdish. One correction. MMS should not be taken in the Ministry in any capacity. He can not do justice to India.
